Vista Cay resort Orlando~Newly renovated~3/3.5 Townhouse~sleeps 10!

Tropical Paradise is everything you want in a vacation rental. This end-unit luxury townhome has all the bells and whistles to make your vacation a true paradise.

Recently, the entire interior of the house was painted, brand-new living room furniture, new beds and comforters in all bedrooms and new carpeting throughout.

The spacious living area boasts brand-new, high-end, comfortable furniture and a 42-inch LED TV with a DVD player. Walk out onto the balcony to enjoy the Florida sun. The dining room is next to the living room in an open floor plan, and hosts a lovely dining table that seats six.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with brand-new appliances purchased and installed in April 2017 in addition to a brand-new washer & dryer. This lovely and spacious kitchen has everything you need to prepare any food and drink you desire. A half bath is located on the main level for your convenience.

The master bedroom holds a comfortable king bed with a 32-inch LCD TV and the second bedroom on the top level has two double beds also with it's own 32-inch LCD TV. The lowest level holds the third bedroom which has a king bed and a 32-inch TV and DVD player. This bedroom also has private access to a furnished patio, perfect for appetizers and drinks. All bedrooms have their own adjoining private baths, so everyone can enjoy privacy and have plenty of space.

The living area also holds a queen sofa sleeper, allowing Tropical Paradise to sleep up to 10 guests.

Also an attached one-car garage included and located next to extra parking, there is plenty of room for everyone and parking for multiple vehicles.

Townhouse is walking distance to the resort clubhouse and all amenities.

Overall this is a great place to stay. I do wish the kitchen had measuring cups. The sheets were a bit itchy but I am picky when it comes to sheets. However, plenty of space. The location and amenities were nice.

Close to Universal and shopping

We loved our stay at this property. The floorplan was a selling point for us. The beds were comfortable and there is plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen had all the homey items you need when away.. There is even a crockpot and storage containers. We will definitely rent again!

Great condo near the convention center

We stayed here in July for and event at the convention center. This property is great because it walking distance to the convention center, a grocery store and several restaurants. The amenities are great like the pool, playground, clubhouse and workout facilities. The condo was clean and as presented. Loved having three bathrooms, essentially a bathroom for every room. Shared with other families and had a great time.

We absolutely loved this place! The only downfall for us was that it took 24 hours for them to let us know that the wifi log in information was incorrect. Otherwise, the place was clean and everything was as it was advertised. Well done!

Vista Cay

The property is located in an accessible area and in a gated community. The unit wlas clean and nicely set up. The master bedroom and bathroom on the ground level is a nice size. However, it feels like a basement bedroom and the bed itself was extremely hard and the pillows flat as pancakes. The upstairs bedrooms were comfortable. pancakes.

Good Property

Property is in a great location. Pictures do need updated as there isn't carpet in the rooms like the pictures show. Any issues we had we contacted the property management company and they were taken care of. The gym and pool were utilized every day. Would stay again.

Fabulous accommodation and owner

Highly recommend this house. The house was super clean, very well maintained and everything you will need for a home away from home. Communication with Pam was excellent. Location is fabulous for both Universal and Disney parks, I Drive and outlet malls. The resort itself is very well maintained. The pool is very clean, with plenty of sun loungers. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you.

The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean, just as the photos represented. The kitchen had updated appliances and plenty of tableware for all of us. Having 4 beds worked out perfectly for us and the three bathrooms meant we weren’t on top of each other. My only comment would be that the mattresses, particularly the one in the upstairs master bedroom, really need to be updated. It was a spring mattress and you could hear and feel every spring when you moved or rolled over. The pillows for that room were also very thin, so we had to stack several to get good support to sleep. Aside from that, it was a wonderful condo to stay in and we will likely be seeking this one out again when we visit next spring!
