This quiet, yet very central apartment in the heart of Los Boliches offers everything for a relaxing and perfect vacation.

The renovated apartment is on the 2nd Floor, in a quiet side street with no traffic. With just a few steps you can reach the beach promenade of Los Boliches / Fuengirola and the wonderful gently sloping bathing beach.
PARKING:
• Short-term parking for loading and unloading is possible directly in front of the door.
• Free parking is about 10 minutes away on foot.
• Pay parking is on the beach
The train station is a 5-minute walk away. You have the option of traveling directly from the Airport / Málaga to Los Boliches by train.
The narrow streets with their bars and restaurants of the old fishing district can also be reached in a short time.
This quiet building is just a few meters from Plaza del Carmen. There you have bars with a terrace, churreria and other shops.

The center of Fuengirola is about 1.5 km away. In the old town and on the beach everything is very flat so that you can walk to the idyllic shopping city with everything your heart desires, restaurants, supermarkets, all kinds of boutiques, medical care, police, etc.

excellent stay in LOS BOLICHES

we stayed here for a month and really enjoyed our stay. Our host, Ute, arrived to meet us with her husband and helped to settle us in and was always available to assist us if we so needed. We had everything available to us to enjoy in the apartment. Although it does not have a lift, it is only on second floor,so was not a problem. Would recommend this property

Enjoyed our stay in Los Boliches.Host was accessible and very helpful.

This was a hassle free experience.The accommodation was exactly as listed.Some nice touches like coffee,wine,shampoos,washing powder,plenty of towels ,sugar and few other convenient ingredients.Wifi isn't available and the safe was defective but otherwise we were very happy.I know the area well and property is very well located.I would recommend this property for 2 people

A very pleasant holiday.

The apartment is compact but very comfortable. The fittings and equipment are all high quality. The only slight downside is the very limited number of English speaking channels on the TV although it does have Netflix. Icov.

Super schönes Apartment

Wir haben zu viert unter Freundinnen dieses Apartment für eine Woche gemietet und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt! Es ist sehr detailreich eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Küche ist etwas klein, weswegen man nur alleine kochen konnte aber das war nicht weiter schlimm. Was etwas gestört hat war, dass die Toilette sehr nah an der Badewanne ist, weshalb man die Knie nach links schieben musste. Trotzdem würden wir dieses Apartment immer wieder mieten, da die Vermieterin sehr freundlich war und uns gefragt hat, ob alles in Ordnung ist und die Lage einfach top ist! Es gibt sehr viele Märkte in dieser Umgebung und der Strand ist nur 3 min zu Fuß entfernt. Málaga kann man innerhalb 40 min mit der Bahn erreichen. Neben an gibt es noch den etwas lebhafteren Ort Fuengirola, den man innerhalb von 15 min zu Fuß erreichen konnte. Unser Urlaub war unvergesslich schön!
