Excellent Location!!

What a wonderful stay in this cute apartment. Comfortable bed and A/C was enough to cool the entire apartment. Towels were washed every day by the staff which was a big plus. Pool was very clean with a quiet/relaxing area. Any requests I had was promptly addressed. The owner was absolutely wonderful. I would definitely recommend staying!!

Great Location in Edgartown

The studio is located just off the center of Edgartown, close to great restaurants and coffee shops, and the main bus stop where you can find routes to every part of the island. One of best features of the property are its owner Sarah Caledonia-Nicol and manager Anieko. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home on the Vineyard, and that you have a great vacation. We didn’t have a working toilet during our entire stay. We were told to use the pool house public bathroom which was dirty and disgusting. This property is located within the edgartown commons hotel. The hotel general manager Julia was so rude and disrespectful. She called us liars and said we should leave. Stay far away from this place!

Unbeatable location and great hostess! The location is ideal - right in town and 5 minute walk to all the restaurants and 7 minute walk to the waterfront / marina, yet still quiet and "tucked away" enough that you have some privacy and it's not loud with tourists. The property / unit was clean, updated, and well-decorated where you felt like you were on vacation but not overly kitschy or overly sterile. The unit is not big, but it was perfect for what we needed -- a couple's weekend getaway. We didn't spend much time inside, but if we had to be indoors, it's comfortable and cozy and not claustrophobic. Because this is a studio unit, the bed is situated right next to the front windows / door to the walkway of the apartment complex, so if you have the blinds open, other people staying next door can see you. This isn't a big complex so there weren't that many passers-by (except the 2 families staying on either side, and even that was generally quiet). And the hostess, Sarah, is truly amazing! So communicative, so helpful. We came there for a surprise for my husband's 40th birthday and Sarah offered to help and even bought a few grocery and beverage items! She stopped by when we arrived and was as delightful in person as she was via texting / messaging. She gave great recommendations for things to do and places to eat, and was quick to respond throughout our stay if we needed something. If you are looking for a couple's getaway, this property is GREAT. We hope to return soon!

Great cozy spot in Edgartown

Really enjoyed the location and the amenities. The bed was very comfortable. The AC was good and kept me cool. Great location and walkable to all things in town.

Hi, We have been enjoying the island for over 20 years. I buy and flip high-end homes in Katama. We discovered these cute units in Edgartown and grabbed three of them. All will be remodeled with beautiful art and all new furniture. Super easy, summer rental. There are bike racks, a children's playground, grills, and a fenced-in pool on the property for your use. We are private renters and are not affiliated with the hotel staff or cleaning.
