Our 2 cottages are located on the beautiful northwestern shore of Lake Plau in the district Quetzin, in a quiet and spacious holiday home complex.
The large lake Plauer with a small bay and the jetty are only about 100 meters from the cottages. The landscape with its wide meadows, the beautiful bank vegetation and for Mecklenburg-Vorpommern typical pastures as well as the nearby forest piece is a small paradise for nature lovers. The area invites you to go fishing, hiking, cycling or just to relax but also for water sports enthusiasts the Plauer See offers ideal conditions. Restaurants and medical care are in the immediate vicinity. There is a petting zoo for the children at a distance of about 1.0 kilometers in the district Heidenholz. Here, the children can admire and stroke goats, llamas and little dwarf ponies. In about 1.5 kilometers away there are four supermarkets. In addition, the town of Plau am See, which is about 2.0 kilometers away, is charming with its pretty half-timbered houses, the unique lifting bridge, the small harbor, its shops, cafés and restaurants.
