Great little place in Augusta

This was a great little place for us to stay during the basketball tournament. It's super cute and cozy and the beds were comfortable. It's close to all the fun that the little downtown has to offer

This cozy home provided a wonderful retreat for us. We enjoyed morning coffee and evening charcuterie on the back deck while observing birds and wildlife. The home was well equipped for our needs, the AC worked well, and we appreciated having a washer and dryer. The charming Hammond’s Ferry neighborhood and decent restaurants are within walking distance. Access to the riverview and greenway trails, Brick Pond Park (look for gators, turtles, and heron), and SRP baseball park (Go Greenjackets) is convenient and close by. SRP ballpark area had a fun vibe and offered much southern hospitality. Communication with host Carol was easy, and she provided good recommendations. Easy drive to the Saturday Farmers Market in Augusta at the river walk, Phinizy Swamp Park, the Sacred Heart Cultural Center, and historic estates along Walton Way in Augusta, GA. Would definitely consider this vrbo when visiting North Augusta again.

Wonderful stay 10/10

This was my first stay on VRBO and it could not have gone better. I’m so grateful to Carol and her team for putting together our temporary home away from home. Our stay was perfect. I cannot thank them enough!!

Wonderful stay; clean and excellent communication

My husband, children, and our smallest service animal stayed at the property during our current work-related relocation. They were impressed with the neighborhood, the cleanliness, and the communication between the property owner and myself. Highly recommend this property to others, we will book again if we have need!

Charming little home

The property was very well taken care of and clean! My daughter especially liked the deer that would come to visit in the evenings, though she kept calling them goats for some reason! We would definitely recommend!

Adorable cottage

This is the second time we have stayed here. The home is impeccably clean, tidy, comfortable and nicely appointed. The host is very responsive and flexible. The location is convenient, quiet, and adjacent to the greenway and very close to Hammonds Ferry with some wonderful restaurants. Although we felt very safe, the surrounding neighborhood is a bit unkempt but could be related to Hurricane Helene which caused considerable damage to the region. Will definitely stay again next year

The house was clean, lots of little amenities very helpful. Shower was great with good water pressure. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Conference Stay

I selected this property for its proximity to downtown Augusta for a conference. The location and accommodations were fine. The only issue I had was the owner requested I keep the thermostat at 75 or higher to save the AC. It was over 90° both days, and I thought it was ridiculous to make that request. You either have AC or you don't.

Perfect in every way

From check in to check out, every thing was perfect. Stayed here because or house is being renovated. Beautiful house on a wonderful property. Tons of little extras for us to enjoy. Clean and up to date. The owner was responsive and was able to accommodate our requests for a little longer stay. The perfect home away from home.
