Beautiful Guesthouse with backyard. Very clean, safe and has one Queen bed, one Full bed and sofa bed.

This Guesthouse very closed distance to many different things that: VN Town, San Jose downtown, Avaya stadium, SJSU, SAP center, Santa Clara University & San Jose Airport, Santana Row, Valley Medical Center and SJ City College are all within a 10-20 min drive.

Great place, noisy neighbors

The place was great but there was no wifi we could not connect the whole time we were there. The ac would only blow hot air. Luckily we were only there to sleep and did not need to use it as much. The people who live next door were very loud early in the am screaming babies at 6am. Banging on the walls early and late at night. Like i said the place was good but it would've been nice to have a warning there was neighbors we share walls with especially when you're trying to sleep

Good proximity to SJSU and Santa Cruz

Property has potential. My daughter and I made the best of it by cleaning the spiderwebs out of the ceiling corners and ignored the ants and gnats. Little necessities would have helped like kitchen towels, wash cloths and actually having access to the 1 parking space that was supposed to be ours. We made our peace with the squirrels and racoons running through the ceiling crawl space, but we won't be going back.

Interesting place

So the place we booked versus the place we actually stayed in were completely different. It still fit our needs but definitely interesting. It was very clean and had most of what we needed aside from missing hand towels/wash clothes. There was someone sleeping in their car in the driveway when we arrived and when I reached out about it I never heard anything back. The person ended up leaving, but still strange. Overall it was clean and was a nice place to stay during our roadtrip!

Accomodations are Comfortable

Our first night was very pleasant. The beds are comfortable though we prefer extra pillows. The heaters work very well in the bedrooms but the bathroom and front room got chilly at night. The neighborhood was good. Close to shopping and restaurants. We had some issues with noise from the guests in the other part of the house and the home owner wasn't as responsive as we needed her to be. She did respond back within 24 hours and did make adjustments to correct the problems we had. If the units were either rented out one at a time (not both at the same time) or better insulated and sound proofed this property would be very pleasant and we would consider staying here again.
