The space
This independent unit has its own private gateway which you can enter without meeting anyone. It has shared walls with another 2 units in the same house.

It offer 2 bedrooms, both has queen size beds, 1 kitchenette and 1 bathroom.

Our kitchenette is brand new , has stylish fridge, portable cooktop, essential cookwares and dine wares.

Backyard is very spacious and offers outdoor sofas where you can relax and enjoy California sunshine.

Both bedrooms have queen size beds, with comfortable mattress, cotton bedding sheets and black out curtains to ensure you have a good sleep.

Washer and dryer are in garage , if you need to use it , ask the code from host.

The house will be professionally cleaned before each stay with clean linens, toiletries, and everything else you'll need for a comfortable stay.

You will be able to self check-in with smart lock. I will send you check-in instructions along with key code in the morning of your day arrival .

Self check-in with keypad lock. Code will be sent to you the day of your arrival.
Other things to note
AC and heater is Nest app controlled . In order to save energy , AC will be automatic on if room temperature is over 75F. Nest device has been installed at end of the hallway of this unit, you can change the temperature by yourself, but please don't turn down the temperature below 70F.

You will share one wall with another unit. As our house is in a very quiet community, so please follow house rules of quiet time : 10pm -8 am .

Please clean the dishes you used, do not leave them in the sink.

There is no garbage disposal under the sink, so please do not dump the food into the sink . Please dump all food into the trash bin which under the sink.

Please clean up and take away the trash after to prevent overflowing our trash can. We reserve the right to charge additional cleaning fee or excess trash if we have too much trash too early (FRIDAY is our trash pick up), we need to physically take the trash out to dump and pay additional fees! DO NOT put trash in the recycle bin, they will refuse to pick up !

You will be sharing the backyard with guests of another unit which are completely detached house. However, you will barely notice if there is anyone there since each unit has a completely separate entrance.
