You can have a Nerf War to show the kids who’s boss or roast marshmallows around the fire pit. If you are enjoying the pool but don’t want to miss your favorite show, you don’t have to compromise. Got the job done

The property is generally what you are going for by pictures. I was led to believe the neighborhood was a little nicer, but the proximity to town was decent. There was pet hair all over the beds and furniture, and the floors weren't as clean as they could have been. We ended up buying sheets to use for our stay. The host was responsive and courteous.

Great family friendly stay in a quiet neighborhood!

This was a family getaway with four adults and six children. It accommodated us well. The kids enjoyed the game room and there was plenty of room for us to have our own space. Plenty of space for two cars to park under the covered space. The neighborhood was quiet, but location was great as we could quickly access plenty of shops and restaurants. Owner was quick in communication for any questions we had.

Really enjoyed ourselves

This property was exactly what we needed. There are local stores nearby that you can go to if needed. The property was very nice. The home has a lot of nice touches that are very accommodating. The game room was very nice as well. Plenty of entertainment. We will definitely book with this property again

Great stay

Had a weekend family stay for one of my children’s birthdays. She had a blast and said it was the best weekend ever. There is so much to do from the pool, to the arcade, to the outdoor projector screen, and full kitchen appliances. My children were entertained all weekend and did not want to leave! Thank you!

This property was perfect for hosting our family and friends. All of the amenities made it perfect for entertaining. There was something to do for all ages. The host was very nice and answered every question that we had prior to check in. I would definitely book again!!!

Great family vacation home!

We had an amazing family vacation at this home. Swimming pool and arcade room were added bonuses. We enjoyed movies by the pool at night. Pool table and darts inside kept all entertained as well! So much to do at this house along side relaxing. Close to many Memphis attraction. Kitchen could use a frying pan and baking sheet. Overall an awesome place! Will stay here again when we come back to Memphis.

Wonderful home

Adam was very helpful when we had a question. He responds quickly. The upstairs bathroom had leak under the sink and when we reported it he answered quickly and thanked us for letting him know. The stove didn’t heat up very well so we didn’t cook on stove top but the grill was perfect. We enjoyed our stay.

Fun house for a family

There were 3 generations traveling together - 2 parents, 3 grandparents, 2 teens and 2 dogs and this house was perfect - everyone had a comfy place to sleep. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood with an easy drive anywhere. The game rooms were lots of fun and the kids really liked that - we had family billiards games every evening. It really was a great place for our crew. Adam was very easy to get a hold of via text and was quick to help when we asked. We didn't have any issues with the house. It is eclectic! Each room has its own decor and a couple of rooms are painted black. The game rooms are a blast and the main living room with the fire place was a wonderful place to hang out in December. The kitchen had everything we needed and we found everything clean and ready to go when we arrived.

Family Sweet 16 Day

The property is as described. It is an older home that has been remodeled. My teens LOVED the arcade room, pool table room and the pool! The adults LOVED the massage chair! The property manager was very helpful with checking in and responded very quickly. Complaints/Suggestions. First, the entire home needed to be vacuumed, swept and lint brush rolled because there was hair everywhere. All kinds of hair, human and pet (multiple kinds of pets). I say that because the hairs did not all look the same. The size, length, texture and color were all different. The bed sheets, pillows, comforters, floors, rugs, black couches on the patio outside were covered in hair. I used a lint brush to remove some of the hair. The bed shams had down pillows in them so feathers were added to the hair. Surprisingly the home did not have a pet odor. Second, there is a friendly cat that is always at the door trying to get into the home. If you are allergic or have a fear of cats be aware of this. Third, the double size bunk bed is not stable. The whole bed squeaked, shook and wobbled when someone tried to get on the top bunk. The home could use some extra comforters/blankets to use downstairs when watching movies or hanging out. The double bunk bed have spread sheets on them which are not warming. Overall, if this home did not have hair everywhere, I would give it a higher rating.

The kids loved this place! It was perfect for families. There was a small issue which we communicated to the owner, and they were very responsive and understanding and took care of it right away.

Excellent house!

Had a wonderful stay. Pool was great in the Memphis summer! Great communication with the owner, always answered me very quickly. Big fenced in yard that our dogs loved. Lots of paper products available (some places that is a problem but not here!) The massage chair was heaven. Crockpot was a nice bonus. Very close to stores, gas, even hospitals! Very easy to get to Graceland and downtown Memphis. Would definitely rent this house again!
