Lovely quaint 3 bedroom house with screened in porch. Next to vacant treed lot giving lots of privacy. Great place to relax after hard days. Only 6.5 miles to WEC for people attending shows and great for people visiting.
All my listings are pet friendly and regretfully they have hair. I work VERY hard to make sure there is no hair left from the previous pet but it is almost impossible to have no hair. I no longer allow pets on the beds but hair gets everywhere.

Why they chose this property
This is a beautiful house that is close to the World Equestrian Center and to town. A short drive from 75. There is a very nice screened in porch to relax and enjoy your private fenced in back yard.
What makes this property unique
Ocala is known for its horse farms and a whole lot more.
When you stay at my house, you're a short drive from great hiking and bicycling trails. And not all tweeting happens online -- we have great birdwatching here in Ocala. Lower your binoculars a little and you might see otters and turtles or foxes and deer.
In nearby Silver Springs State Park, you can float downriver on a tube and take in the magnificent surroundings or look under the water on a leisurely ride in a glass-bottom boat. Visitors looking for a little workout can try the kayaking or canoeing.
If you get your thrills in the air, our local zip lines are just a couple miles away. Or if you prefer the water, go snorkling with the manatees off the coast just west of Ocala.
And of course the internationally renowned World Equestrian Center is here, just a 10-minute drive down the road.
Whether you're visiting Ocala to relax or to seek new adventures, my house is the perfect place to start and end each day.
