Entire cabin plus 1 space in garage for 1 vehicle and long driveway with room for up to 3 mores cars on parking pad. No street parking.

Approval required:
2 small / medium dogs with a $150 pet fee
Larger dogs may be accommodated depending on shedding. Please communicate with me regarding any dog as I need to schedule extra time for cleaner.
Dogs are never allowed on beds or on furniture. Extra fees will incur if hair is found in bedding or on furniture and are never to be left unattended in the home.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We have an EV/RV OUTLET ONLY. It is a 50A/220 volt outlet in garage. YOU must bring your Tesla or EV plug in charger along with you to top off before you leave.

Please be aware that a 4WD or AWD with chains will be necessary if there is snow due to the hilly roads in the neighborhood and our steep driveway! No street parking. The county will fine you up to $350 if you impede the snow plows in winter.

**8 adults max. sleeps 12 if remaining guests are children age 12 and under. Exterior camera outside at front door**. If more than 8 adults or undisclosed pets your reservation will be immediately terminated.

Munds Park is notorious for power outages and weak Wifi signals. We have the best Wifi available for the area and we can still have spotty internet sometimes. Phone calls can be spotty as well, we have found it best to put your phone in airplane mode and connect it to Wifi for better reception. Please remember this is a cabin in the woods and enjoy the quiet!
