Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this private five bedroom home features an open floor plan, incredible views of the river, modern kitchen, dining area, dedicated work space, and living room with 75” Smart TV.

Fully appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. Master bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom with a tiled shower and garden tub, walk-in closet, and a 65” Smart TV.

Spacious living room includes a comfy sofa, a sleeper sofa in the fifth bedroom for additional sleeping accommodations, 75” Smart TV, laundry room, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Outdoor amenities include a private backyard, a covered screened-in patio with lounge furniture, private in-ground pool, walk-out dock, yard games, on-site parking, and keyless access.

- Pool heat is an additional $25/day upon request only, please ensure the request is made at least 3 days prior to arrival.

Property is immaculately maintained. Home is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space. Great getaway!

Wonderful Family Vacation House

Very nice well equipped home. Four bedrooms with beds with a minimum of queen and a pull out sofa in the other 5th bedroom. View is spectacular and we recommend the pool being heated even in March. Crib and other baby supplies(baby bath, play mat, etc) are available. Has two coffee makers, one being a Keurig and the other a 12 cup standard with round filters. Fabulous kitchen with top quality fast heating stove top. Toaster needs replaced, does not work. We brought pool toys and kids rafts for pool. Bring your fishing gear for a relaxing time on the dock. Watch the sunrise and dolphins swim by. We did have as issue with pool being full of leaves and not working, which was handled promptly. I did have to set up the new pool vacuum that was delivered to the home and set the timer and clean the pool everyday. Pool debris net could be a larger version do to the amount of leaves dropped from the trees in the yard. We stayed 10 days and explored Punta Gorda which is across the bridge. Car is needed for all activities. Not a great walking neighborhood with little ones due to the lack of sidewalks which the homeowner has no control over but i wanted to give as much detail about this location as possible. Renting kayaks or a boat is an option as well. We had a fantastic time and will stay again!

Beautiful

We loved everything about this home, what a beautiful view! The heated pool was amazing, it was chilly outside but the kids still had a blast swimming because the water temp was nice and warm. I can't wait to go back!

Luxurious Getaway

Just a spectacular home with a gorgeous view of the harbor. Tucked out of the way but easy access within minutes to so much. Very well equipped, spacious comfortable luxury, ample parking, accomodating hosts. Have them brief you on pool operation on arrival.

Awesome stay!

We loved our time at this beautiful home and property. After a slight snafu with the security code checking in, everything was smooth as silk. Beautiful view and super friendly communications make this a return visit for us for sure.
