Quaint , single-family home , newly renovated and within a 3 min. walk to the popular restaurants/marina and shopping. Newly built outdoor deck to take in the scenery. Central A/C newly installed. This house has been completely renovated, with continuous upgrades planned outside of rental season. The house is situated with 1 bathroom, 2 Queen Bedrooms on min floor and a Queen sleeper sofa, 2 full- siz beds upstairs, as well as a Queen size bean bag for the kids to enjoy a sleepover. Fully furnished kitchen, as well as Gas grill and Keurig coffee maker. There is also an Air Fryer and Instapot on site to enjoy your fresh catch. Don't forget to take a bike ride to the beach just down the street.

Memorial day weekend nature hikes

Lots of room, good location between beach and main street. Able to access Eastern Neck and Sassafras wildlife refuges and Chestertown easily.

Awesome house

We felt like we were at home - very comfortable and easy to find. I would definitely recommend staying here if you visit Rock Hall.

This home was owned by the former mayor of Rock Hall Purnell J. Elbourn, who also owned and operation a T-shirt manufacturing company and former restaurants. The current homeowner still lives in Rock Hall, and resides in the home part of the season, when there are no rentals.
