The accommodation:
Our house is located in a quiet side street of Osterbrücken and was newly built in 1997.
Osterbrücken is a district of the district town of St. Wendel and has about 700 inhabitants.
The apartment is on the ground floor, is barrier-free and has a living space of approx. 60 sqm and a covered terrace of approx. 12 sqm.

Bed linen, shower towels, hand towels and tea towels are available in sufficient numbers and included in the rental price.
Coffee and tea are free.
Internet use is free.
Cleaning agents, as well as vacuum cleaners, drying racks, ironing boards and irons are stored in a separate room.
Household waste must be separated. In the hallway in front of the apartment there is a blue container for paper / cardboard, a transparent container for glass / bottles, the yellow sack for plastic / film / mug and in the kitchen a waste bin for kitchen waste.
A washing machine is in an adjoining room, a clothesline is in the garden, a clothes horse in the apartment.
Garden furniture is available on the terrace.
The covered barbecue area can be used free of charge.
The apartment is non-smoking!
Smoking is possible on the terrace.
A safe is available free of charge in the hallway.
In the living room cupboard there is a first aid kit for minor "accidents".
The final cleaning of the apartment is included in the rental price. You will receive the apartment in a first-class condition and therefore we ask our guests to keep the apartment clean and hand it over swept clean.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 a.m., other times by arrangement.
You can park in front of the house or in the yard of the apartment.
