Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood

Everything you need is provided, prompt responses from renter, very clean, comfortable bedrooms & updated new bathroom. We will be back again on next trip to St Pete!

Wonderful Little Home

Had a great time staying in Disston Heights. The home is clean and fully stocked. The bedrooms have large closets. The beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, beach towels) was very much appreciated. Conveniently located and ~15 minutes from downtown to the east or the beach to the west. Publix supermarket, Dollar Tree and Shell gas station are right around the corner. Would stay here again.

Great place!

Clean, lovely 2 bedroom and 1 bath. It's centrally located, so doesn't take more than 20 minutes to get to highlights of St Pete, with many places less than 10 minutes. Great driveway to park car, nice backyard to sit in the morning or evening. There are beach towels, chairs, etc if you need them. Kitchen has all the basics you need for a great meal. I was here for almost 2 months and was able to explore not just St Pete, but Tampa, Sarasota and Ft Meyers as well. Lots of state and city parks, beaches, museums, and keys to visit. Shopping, if you want that too. Would stay here again, absolutely no problems.

A beautiful little home.

This is a very nice house, in a nice neighborhood. We have no complaints. It's centrally located for beaches, shopping and so much more. We would recommend this house and will be staying there again in the near future.
