Modern apartment in a family house with separate entrance, terrace and garden. The Appartment / Studio is quietly located, not far from the A 7 and is located in a suburb of the district town of Aalen with good access to the public transport network. The studio has 35 sqm and is newly renovated and equipped. There is a bathroom, a kitchenette and a sleeping and dining area. It is very suitable for two adults and maybe a child, who by the way are very welcome. The third bunk is on the red sofa. For one night, this can also be used by an adult. The parking space for a car is located at the house, bicycles can be parked in a garden shed. The place under the apple tree invites you to linger in summer.

This place was very lovely. In a quiet town with lots of stuff nearby. We had a car so it was easy to get around but the host even has bus schedules for those footing it.The host spoke English and German so it made it easy to communicate.The only negative is the lack of a washing machine so if you plan for a longer stay make sure to ask the host or find a nearby laundromat.Overall a very tidy, quiet, comfy place to stay.I highly recommend

Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße, mit eigenem Eingang und kleiner, gemütlichrrTerrasse in einem schönen Garten.Leider hatten wir nur 2 Übernachtungen und nicht genug Zeit alles zu genießen. Uwe und Irene haben uns herzlich begrüßt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Appartement in ruhigen Lage

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt bei Uwe und Irene. Sie sind sind beide super nett und zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation war schnell und unkompliziert. Das Appartement ist zwar klein, aber gut durchdacht möbliert und dadurch geräumig und verfügt über alles was man benötigt. Außerdem war alles super sauber und neu, so fühlt man sofort wohl. Absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen sicher wieder!

Kompakte, sehr gut ausgestattete und geschmackvoll eingerichtete FeWo

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Souterrain eines größeren Hauses. Aufgrund der Hanglage gelangt man ebenerdig ins Innere. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem kleinen Flur, einem sehr schönen Bad und einem durch Raumteiler optisch geteilten Küchen-, Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. Kompakt, aber völlig ausreichend und sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir würden freundlich empfangen und eingewiesen ... und können sagen, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist ideal geeignet, um ein paar Tage auszuspannen und die Gegend zu erkunden. Vielen Dank!

Schöne gepflegte Wohnung mit sehr freundlichen Eigentümern

Ich habe die Ferienwohnung für meine Eltern gebucht. Die Eigentümer waren sehr zuvorkommend im Vorfeld und es hat alles wie am Schnürchen geklappt. Meine Eltern haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt und haben die Ferienwohnung ein paar Tage später gleich wieder gebucht. Alles war sauber,gepflegt und tiptop!!
