Relax and unwind by the quiet, clean and beautiful Lake Serene which feels like a hidden Oasis near everything the city has to offer. The Studio Features a brand new Kitchen and Bathroom and view of the Lake. With Access to WaterCraft (Kayak, Paddle Boards, Canoe, Pedal Boat) you have many options to choose from, the lake is stocked with Bass & Trout if you would like to bring your fishing pole. Queen Bed plus Small Futon Couch for a child.

This Studio is Unit 3 on the West side of the house with its own separate entrance, deck and Patio.

Unit 2 has its own Patio, entrance and space behind the house. Unit 1 upstairs also has its own entrance and Deck.

The Property has Visible Motion lighting and Camera's around the Exterior Entrances/Exits of the Home.

Unbelievable!

We loved staying here. It's a beautiful studio that has all the amenities you could need. John Paul went above and beyond making sure the place was ready and comfortable. The small touches were appreciated (flowers on the outdoor furniture and bottle of wine). He was also very responsive with any questions we had. We loved the boats and the firepit. We highly recommend this property.

Great place on the water!

We loved our stay here. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The wine was a welcomed treat after a long day of travel and the access to the lake is wonderful. Easy in and out and the owner is great with communication! Would stay here again.
