FeWo Walter - House 1 St.- Andreasberg, south-facing slope, quiet, family-friendly, WLAN

Beautiful holiday home on the southern slope in St. Andreasberg at the edge of the forest in a very quiet location. It consists of 4 terraced houses with separate entrances for each house and each apartment. The apartments are comfortable, tastefully decorated and all different. The kitchens are equipped with modern kitchen furniture and have in the houses a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher etc. For 50 years, the house is run by us and constantly renovated, modernized and adapted to today's requirements. So is free Wi-Fi for everyone of course. Landline phone only on request. Children are always welcome guests, as is also provided for them in the garden as in the house by high chairs, cots, garden toys, etc.
Toboggans are provided by us free of charge.

Solide Ferienwohnung mit Ausbesserungsbedarf

Die Wohnung benötigt dringend einen neuen Anstrick und neue Möbel im Wohn- und Essbereich.Das Sofa und die Essecke sind abgewohnt, die Küchenschränke müssten ordentsich gesäubert werden, diese kleben.Die Schlafzimmer sind modern und wir haben gut geschlafen.Das obere Badezimmer ist ok. Das kleine WC sollte erneuert werden.Der Garten und die Grillecke sind wirklich schön. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist toll. Und auch die Lage der Wohnung sehr gut um den Harz zu erkunden. Wir kommen gern wieder, dann vielleicht in eine andere Wohnung oder nach einer Renovierung.

Amazing summertime holiday

We had a lovely family holiday in the beginning of august 2024. The location is absolutely beautiful. The host was accommodating and kind and helped us when we had questions right away. The optional breakfastbasket was a delight. Enjoyed the silence of this peaceful mountaintown. Thanks for an amazing time!

Ruhiger und entspannter Urlaub

Eine zweckmäßige Einrichtung, nicht mehr ganz up to date aber funktionell und mit fast allen notwendigen Utensilien für den täglichen Gebrauch ausgestattete, geräumige Ferienwohnung. Tadellose Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer und dem Hausmeisterservice im Vorfeld des Urlaubs. Freundlicher Empfang zur Schlüsselübergabe und umfangreiche Informationen zur Wohnung und der näheren Umgebung. Die Kinder haben, dank des sonnigen Wetters, gleich den großen Garten und die vorhandenen Spielgeräte genutzt. Der Garten ist umzäunt und vom Balkon aus gut einsehbar, sodass die Kleinen auch stets in Sichtweite waren. Unser Fazit: ein angenehmer, entspannter Urlaub für uns und die Kinder und dies bei einem akzeptablen Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Wohnung 1 , für 4 Erwachsene / 3 Kinder

Wer keine Ansprüche hat , dem wird diese Unterkunft reichen. Sauberkeit hielt sich in Grenzen. ( mit Endreinigung ) - Besteckkasten und Herd brauchten eine Grundreinigung - Backblech passte nicht in den Ofen - Esstisch brauchte nach dem ausziehen eine gründliche Reinigung - Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon war voll Asche und Zigaretten - Kinder konnten nicht auf der Wiese spielen, viele Hundehaufen. Ich will nicht nur nörgeln, Wer eine Unterkunft ohne großen Komfort sucht ist hier richtig. Man muss zwar fast alles mitbringen ( Bettwäsche, Handtuch, Gewürze)aber für die paar Tage ging es. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus . Lage ist Super, für Wintersport oder Wanderungen . Vermieter ist auch unkompliziert .

Wenn man viel unterwegs in Ordnung

An sich gut ausgestattete Wohnung, allerdings alles etwas alt und kühl eingerichtet. Mit etwas Dekoration könnte man es gemütlicher machen. Wasserkocher konnte man nicht benutzen der Tee und Cappuccino haben komisch geschmeckt. Haben uns dann einen neuen Wasserkocher gekauft und konnten dann unsere Sachen genießen. Wohnung ist sehr hell hörig. Jalousien klappern ziemlich bei Wind. Duschkopf defekt man konnte den strahl nicht verändern. Tisch im Wohnzimmer fängt an der einen Seite an abzu blättern. Was ich sehr gut finde bei diesem Objekt das es einen Hausmeister Service gibt den man kontaktieren kann bei Problemen.( Hatten zum Glück keine. )

Alles wie man es sich wünscht!

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt im ferienhaus Walther sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung war aufgeräumt und sauber. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und in alles eingewiesen. Alles ist gemütlich eingerichtet und funktioniert einwandfrei. Der Ortskern ist mit einem gemütlichen Spaziergang oder einer kurzen Autofahrt zu erreichen. Wir kommen liebend gerne wieder.

In Ordnung

Insgesamt in Ordnung. Sauberkeit der Vormieter bezüglich Teller Geschirr und Gläser war unzureichend. Hier wäre eine Kontrolle gut gewesen, sowas keinem neuen Mieter zu übergeben. Auch hat es an Gläsern gefehlt, lediglich 2x große Waren vorhanden, und etwa 3 kleine.. Zum Wandern mit Hund hätte man sich dort auf jeden Fall mehr Wald gewünscht. Der Ort selber war nicht überlaufen und man konnte sich auch gut verpflegen. Das Haus selbst war in Ordnung, auch wenn man die Hitze nicht gut raus bekommen hat und durch ungewollte Kontrollen seitens Eigentümer wurde das Öffnen der Fenster verboten (vermerk, es hat genießelt ohne rein zu regnen, was aber unterstellt wurde!)

Großzügige Wohnung mit überdurchschnittlicher Ausstattung und guter Lage. Balkon mit Abendsonne. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Eingang. Manko - Hausverwaltung ist nicht immer erreichbar. Reparaturbedarf an einigen Stellen - deshalb leider etwas Punktabzug.

Urlaub im Harz

Die Abwicklung war gut, transparent und wie beschrieben. Wie einige Rezensenten schon geschrieben haben - ist die Wohnung - was den Abnutzungsgrad des Interieurs angeht - schon in die Tage gekommen. Da wir dies wussten, war das in Ordnung für uns. Insgesamt waren wir mit der Unterkunft zufrieden.

Ruhe in der Höhe

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und hat eine schöne Aussicht. Die Ausstattung ist gut aber manches in die Jahre gekommen und erneuerungsbedürftig. Ein Luxus ist der Gemeinschaftsgarten, der für Kinder viel Auslauf bietet. Gern wieder!
