FeWo Walter - Apartment 5 St.- Andreasberg, south-facing terrace, quiet, WLAN

Beautiful holiday home complex on the south slope in St. Andreasberg on the edge of the forest in a very quiet location. It consists of 4 terraced houses with separate entrances for each house and apartment. The apartments are comfortable, tasteful and all differently furnished. The kitchens were equipped with modern kitchen furniture and have a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc. in the houses. The house has been managed by us for 50 years and is constantly being renovated, modernized and adapted to today's requirements. Free WiFi is a matter of course for everyone. Fixed line telephone only on request. Children are always welcome guests, so they are taken care of in the garden as well as in the house with children's chairs, beds, garden toys etc.
We provide sledding sleds free of charge.

Schönen guten Morgen.Es ist wirklich eine sehr schöne FeWo , alles da was man braucht. Ein sehr netter Hausmeister der uns bergrüste und uns alles erklärte.Leider mussten wir unser Urlaub kurzfristig abbrechen da ich Thrombose im rechten Bein bekam. Da ist man halt zuhause besser aufgehoben.Aber wir haben uns die Adresse notiert und denken dass wir nochmals Urlaub in dieser schönen FeWo machen werden. Liebe GrüßeKarin und Udo

Die Wohnung war top, es war alles da was man braucht. Nur bei der Endreinigung sollte man genauer hinschauen, Spinnweben auch mal entfernen, die Thermoskanne auch mal anschauen und reinigen..... Ansonsten war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Würden trotzdem wieder kommen.

Waren das 1.ste mal im Harz. Ist schon erschreckend was der Borkenkäfer angerichtet hat. Sonst alles gut.Um die Kleinstädte zu erreichen muss man relativ weit fahren. Man kann es nicht mit Nord-Ostsee vergleichen. Die Orte haben Sams-und Sonntag geschlossen. Werde wieder dort Hinfahren.

Fewo für 2 Personen

Sehr guter Kontakt mit Vermieter, da Fewo nur für 2 geeignet war. Rückerstattung für 3. Person angeboten. Sonst nette fewo mit schönem Blick in Garten und Berge. Leider fallen immer mehr Bäume im Harz durch den Borkenkäfer, der nicht bekämpft wird im Nationalpark. So wird in Kürze alles kahl sein, sehr trauriger Anblick... Wanderwege starten direkt in der Nähe.

Prima Ferienwohnung

Die Fotos werden der Wohnung nicht gerecht. Es ist noch modernisiert worden. Die Ausstattung ist modern und komplett in Ordnung. Die Betten und das Schlafsofa sind bequem. Die Lage ist ruhig und von den anderen Wohnungen im Haus bekommt man nichts mit. Parkplätze sind auch genug vorhanden. Einziges Manko, der WLAN Empfang ist im Wohnzimmer zu schwach, aber der Vermieter hat mitgeteilt, dass das schon bekannt ist und in Zukunft durch einen weiteren Repeater verbessert wird. Fazit: Ich kann die Ferienwohnung bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Kurzurlaub im Harz

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach den Eindrücken, die wir aus den Bildern und der Beschreibung gewonnen hatten. Die Übergabe des Objektes durch den Hausmeister verlief problemlos. Die drei Übernachtungen in St. Andreasberg war eine schöne Zeit für uns, die wir allerdings nutzten, um den Harz in Sachsen-Anhalt kennenzulernen.

Schöne Anlage

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Was vorab nicht zu erkennen ist, daß man für alles extra bezahlen muss. Selbst das Bettbeziehen, wenn man den Bettwäsche haben möchte, die natürlich auch extra kostet, muss man bezahlen. Nach dem Buchen kam eine Art Drohung, wenn zum Beispiel ein Hundehaar im Bett ist, muss man wiederum extra bezahlen. Wenn man das ausser Acht lässt, ist es sehr schön gewesen. Ach ja WLAN ging auch nicht und wenn nur sehr schwach. Ich bekam zwar eine Erklärung, dass man daran arbeitet aber mir nutze das nichts.

Wohnung ausreichend für 4 Personen, man ist ja eh viel unterwegs

Wir haben 3 tolle Tage in St Andreasberg und seiner Umgebung verbracht, nach viel wandern, Rodeln und staunen sind wir gerne in die Wohnung zurück gekommen und haben dort den Tag ausklingen lassen. Der Garten und seine Spielsachen waren für unsere Kinder nicht so attraktiv (9 und 11 Jahre) der Rasen war leider, im Berg normal, zu schräg um dort die tischtennisplatte gescheit aufzubauen aber es wurde alternativ was anderes gespielt. Die Wohnung war ausreichend möbliert und sauber, einzig die Lüftung im Bad sollte mal gesäubert werden. Wir würden trotzdem wieder kommen.
