About this property

My home is approximately 2,500 sq ft with 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. This farm-style home is exceptionally spacious, warm, and comfortable. There is a new detached garage and a new fire pit area. There are also miles of trails in the subdivision across the street.

About the home: Large bedrooms with walk-in closets. The kitchen has everything you need to make any kind of meal. I recently put in all new appliances. I do live in the home and along with my bedroom there is the rental room, guest bedroom, additional room, and office on the main floor. I also have 2 cats (Dr. Shoackloo and Meekah, both females) and 1 dog (Emmin, Female).

About the location: right off Airport Road exit off I69. I am just a few miles down from Lansing Regional Airport. You can get to Lansing/East Lansing in approximately 10 minutes or to the west side of Lansing (Delta Township) in about 5-10 minutes. My home is also approximately 15 minutes away from Sparrow Hospital and about 15-20 from the brand-new McLaren Hospital.

There is a gym, Conquest Fitness across the street from my house along with miles of trails. Dewitt has some great restaurants and shops downtown or you can go to the west side of Lansing or East Lansing.
