Introducing Island Retreat IR163. This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is sure to not disappoint! Recently remodeled with stainless steel appliances, new furniture, mattresses and bedding. This condo is a ground floor unit which makes it convenient for carrying luggage and groceries inside. Convenient full-size washer & dryer in this unit available for your use! The gorgeous, well stocked kitchen has everything you might need to cook a large meal! You sit just behind the dunes and the walk to the beach is 5 minutes. The complex offers 2 large, onsite pools with plenty of parking for your vehicles. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Great place to stay with the perfect location and easy to get to! Check in and check out was simple with good direction from rental company. Provided plenty towels and kitchen was well stocked with the necessities. The pool was great and the beach was a nice short walk. We enjoyed our stay!

Port A island retreat

The condo was very clean and nice. Short walk to the beach. The AC needs to be serviced in this unit. It was 80 degrees inside through our entire trip. It made it pretty difficult to enjoy, but we liked the unit, we so desperately wanted to like it but the lack of cooling was miserable.

Great Place to Stay with Beach Access

Condo was nice, everyone enjoyed our stay. Fridge was large enough for leftovers, snacks, and tons of beverages. A/C plenty cold to keep us cool after long days outside. There wasn't an Instant Pot we could find as the description mentioned and we were a little disappointed about that, but not a big deal. Pool was closed for some of our stay, but they mentioned we could use the one on the other side of the property to make up for it. Assigned golf cart parking and security presence was helpful.

Definitely would recommend and we can't wait to go back again!

Great location

Property was great, clean and well stocked. The boardwalk to the beach was an easy hike. Comfortable beds. Quiet neighbors. Well stocked kitchen (utensils, dishes, cookware and glasses). Available right on time. Instuctions for TV would have been helpful. The only thing lacking was a washer and dryer. The ones avaliable in the complex were expensive and one washer was out of order the entire week. Towels and swim suits wont dry outside due to humidity We'd stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were there with the kids for a week at the beach. This place was just the right size and gave everyone their own space. The facilities were well kept and clean. The only downside would be having to use the washing machines on site. They were 2.25 per load and only took quarters. Bring a roll of quarters when you come, most gas stations won't give you any due to the coin shortage. I would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was very nice, plenty of space and decorated nicely. It is very close to the beach. You can’t see the beach because of the dunes but it sounds great on the back porch. It is a short stroll to the boardwalk and down to the beach. Our kids loved the pool and we wish we had brought our tennis rackets. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed several meals. There isn’t a table per say, but the bar is nice and there is plenty of space for all to eat comfortably. We do recommend.

Parking was easy and convenient. Very quite at least on our stay.1. First floor provides easy access,especially if you are bringing food. Only downside is you do not have a view of water dune that blocks visibility.2. Kitchen has adequate utensils. 3. Make sure you bring the seasonings and oil you will need or you will have to buy. None are provided.4. This unit is about a 5 minute easy walk to beach. We took a small cart and a few coolers and it was real drive on beach. 5. Unit is town. You could walk but we drove. A bit far .
