Loved the stay here. Super clean and nice inside. Backyard was big and had nice patio furniture to sit and relax. The pool table was a bonus. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials and even some extras like popcorn packages to sit and enjoy some tv at night and keurig pods to use for a relaxing sit outside in the morning. Rooms had adequate space, the only things is we wished the third bedroom/den had an actual bed and not a futon and the master bedroom tv didn’t work, couldn’t get it to go on any channels, but with a one night stay and checking in at a later time than we anticipated, we did care much about the tv issues. The host is quick to respond and helpful. We were able to check out late without any problems. Overall a great stay, hopefully next time through Benson we can stay longer and take advantage of all this gem has to offer.

Very clean, well appointed rooms. The back patio area is nice and is also well appointed. Very convenient and not far from restaurants. The appliances were in good shape as was the overall property. Other than a couple of minor repairs that are needed cosmetically, the house worked out great for a family wedding stay. I would stay again if we needed a place there.

Good Location and Nice Views

Close proximity to the Caverns, which was great. The views from the back yard were great. The fenced in backyard was awesome for our pups and the hot tub was nice. Easy communication with our host as well.
