Convenient location

Home was clean and check-in was easy. The home has some wear and tear though. The patio door handle was broken, the hot tub wouldn’t fill all the way and several fixtures were loose. Location was convenient.

Great place to stay with family and have options for sight seeing in area. Everyone can do their own thing and then return to house at night.

Drove from Phoenix to bisbee, then to benson for an overnight stay and a cave tour in the morning. Excellent location, they even put out snacks! Brand new house close to the caverns, will definitely be back

Great property in a nice location.

We stayed here for a week in January 2023. The property was clean, quiet, well furnished and has easy access and parking. Check in was easy with a door code. We would definitely stay here again.

Benson Stay

We spent a wonderful, relaxing month at this lovely home in Benson, AZ. The views of the mountains are amazing! Lots of fun adventures nearby. We would highly recommend staying at the comfortable property.

Beautiful Property

The property was amazing and centrally located to so many things to do. It was spotless when we arrived. The owner was very responsive. The view of the mountains from the house were amazing. The hot tub was delightful at the end of the day. We could not have been more pleased with our experience renting this lovely home for our vacation.

It was a nice quick getaway

The house and the area are in a nice and quiet neighborhood with beautiful views. Hot tub was wonderful; we enjoyed it with the kids and later we watched the sunset. Home is beautiful and clean. We had everything we needed and more. Communication with the owner was excellent and thank you for letting us have an extra late checkout. It was an amazing Father’s Day weekend. Thank you!

Weekend Getaway

The property is beautiful with wonderful views of the landscape. We had no issues using the TVs, grilling, or cooking in the house. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was spacious. If you’re interested in using the hot tub, I would suggest checking in with the owner before your trip. When we had arrived it looked like it had not been used or serviced in a few weeks. Otherwise, the property was great.

Sisters and Mom Trip

My sisters and I took our mom, who is 94 to see her brother. A specific requirement was that the house have a recliner for her to sleep in. This house fit the bill. The couch has reclining sections. This house was great for the four of us. It is advertised as a three bedroom but really it is two bedrooms with a study with no doors right off the living room. This house is one story which was a must for us. it does have an inclined driveway however we were able to park in the garage so getting our mom in the house was not a problem. The kitchen has lots of pots and pans but not many serving dishes. There were place settings for 7 in the dishes and plenty of stainless. We did have to go buy paper towels as there was no extra rolls. The kitchen is very modestly stocked with spices. It would have been nice to have aluminum foil and some ziploc bags available. There is a pool table for entertainment. The backyard area is nice. We didn't use it but I can see how families with children would enjoy it. There is a hot tub. The owner was very responsive to our request while there. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Very clean, well appointed rooms. The back patio area is nice and is also well appointed. Very convenient and not far from restaurants. The appliances were in good shape as was the overall property. Other than a couple of minor repairs that are needed cosmetically, the house worked out great for a family wedding stay. I would stay again if we needed a place there.

Delayed response from host!

Advertised for eight adults and only sleeps 4 adults comfortably. Smoke alarm kept us awake all night and host didn’t respond to our emergency till next day!

Enjoyable Stay!

Wonderful place to stay with newer amenities right down to the surprise pool table! Good barbecue grill with a nice backyard and views that were out of this world. Property was located close to Benson, a couple minutes away from good restaurants and within an hour of spectacular hiking trails! Split floor plan and large kitchen makes it really nice for couples who want to stay there. Rob the owner was right on top of any questions or issues we had with the place during our stay!

Close proximity to the Caverns, which was great. The views from the back yard were great. The fenced in backyard was awesome for our pups and the hot tub was nice. Easy communication with our host as well.

Beautiful home
