Direct Ocean Front Condo with Balcony, Watch the Sunrise, Feel the Ocean Breeze, Ocean Sound from your Patio, Bedroom, living Room, Dining room. Make this your home for 1-6 months to watch mother nature and the changing colors and sounds. 2 TV's, Free internet, all utilities Central Air conditioning, microwave, coffee maker, iron, blow dryer, stove, Refrigerator, closet space, Office table and chairs, Smart TV., Beach chairs and tables to use. Tiki Bar has the Best Burgers when you feel like it. groceries, golfing, pickleball all minute's way. indoor pool and an Olympic size pool. the one bedroom has a queen bed, and the living room has a pull-out sofa bed. hold up to 4 guests.

Return the Parking decal. Clean the sand outside before coming in the condo ,use the shoe rack since there are rugs and it is beach and sand
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If the traveler wants to stay 28+ nights the cleaning fee will be $270 per stay
