GORGEOUS HOME!!
Beautiful home. However the check in at the gate is A MAD HOUSE off check in is at 4 then you have those that’s already registered and just need to get back in from an outing they SHOULD NOT have to sit in a half mile long line with those that’s waiting to check in.
When I got to the gate they didn’t have NONE OF MY INFORMATION they had know clue who I was so of course the B lined me to the waiting line on the side of the building until I reached out to the mngmnt and he corrected it.
got to the home and check in was nice and easy THANK YOU
later on learned that the pool and spa was COLD and I paid for heating on the 19th didn’t check in until the 23rd so per the site it should have been READY FOR USE. when I reached out to the gentleman he told me it takes 3 days to heat I replied it should have been ready being I paid for it 4 days in advance he replied I need to be patient and wait.
I never said anything else to whom
I then learned their was a different-manager so reached out to him told him the upstairs level had NO HOT WATER he sent maintenance over he attempted to fix it had no such luck so for the ENTIRE STAY i had 19 ppl using 2 shower’s down stairs my family got irritated and went to hotels
And came to the house during the day
I have been communicating with management but I’m learning this company just started managing this property. I’m very sad that such a special occasion for my family was dismantled I’m not happy and I’m not letting this go.
But overall this is a beautiful home it’s displayed just as it is on line very clean but sad to say poor management
