This home was amazing. We have been to this area yearly for 12 years. This by far was the best home we have stayed in. Very clean. Very comfortable seating. The home was equipped so well for babies. It had a crib, two high chairs, play pens. The free bbq use was a major plus for us. We will be staying here again.

We had a great stay at this location. The owner responded quickly each time we messaged. The house easily fit all 17 of us with a bed to spare. The week we were there it was a little chilly so we were grateful for the warm pool and a hot hot tub! It’s a nice, short walk to the clubhouse and our family enjoyed multiple rounds of mini putt and the lazy river.

We had a few issues with the pool right as we arrived, the heater and hot tub jets were not working. The owners were very responsive and got things back up and running after just a few days.

We enjoyed our time at this house, but there were a lot of things we were very disappointed in. First thing when we got there the host had stated that we had 2 hours after check in to check the house and notify them of any issues which didn’t take long to see. Considering the fact that the house had back to back bookings the kitchen was not cleaned well. There was a large amount of dust on all three pendant lights above the kitchen island, on top of the refrigerator and the kitchen cabinets haven’t been wiped down in a long time based on the amount of dust and grime on them. The coffee maker was not cleaned and there was no coffee grinder which I was told by the host there would be. We noticed that the air-conditioning wasn’t cooling well upstairs and upon inspection of the returns for the air conditioning we found them to be caked with dust and nasty. the technicians came out the next day to check it and we were told that that would be taken care of when they do a deep clean ??? The ice maker didn’t work till the last day of our stay therefore we had to go buy bags of ice for the week. The cleaners had left the bathroom towels rolled up on the foot of every bed to look nice but unfortunately they were all still wet so we had to take all of them and toss them in the dryer. The kitchen is inadequately furnished for the size of groups that the house is built for. There was only one dish towel with no dish cloths. Host response was ok initially but went away mid stay.

Incredible stay! We recently visited for 14 nights with a family of 14. We couldn’t be more impressed with the accommodation as a whole, amenities, complex, rooms, cleanliness on arrival, communication with the owner and more! If you are visiting as a big family the home is spacious enough for everyone. We never felt like we were on top of each other or had enough space etc. Everything was clean on arrival, including fresh towels in all the bathrooms. Couldn’t be more happy with the holiday. The complex on site is also a great addition. With a huge pool, kids splash park, x2 big slides and lazy river

House was excellent and comfortably hosted my group of 6 adults and 6 kids. We were able to spread out and relax after making memories at the parks. The kids loved the backyard pool and jacuzzi. Resort area of the community was a great spot as well. We enjoyed the lazy river, slides and bar area. Specialty drinks were amazing. Host was responsive and answered all question quickly. Would recommend being prepared for a delay on arrival due to security shack on 1st day. This would be any property in community.
