Fits a large group perfectly

Owners were very communicative and the 14 of us enjoyed our stay! I would recommend more blankets and towels for each room, especially with a group of 14 women!

Short distance from Disney

Had a great time. The house worked perfectly for us. Most of our time was spent at Disney but the size of this house and it's location worked great. I loved it being a corner lot and it also had plenty of parking at the house and around the house. It's a nice, safe subdivision too. Definitely will look into staying there again.

Great Large Home

This home is perfect for a large, or multiple family gathering. We had our 5 children, spouses, and grandchildren. Wonderful to have so many bedrooms and many with ensuites. It is not on a nature preserve, as indicated in the ad, but in a very secure gated community with a fabulous clubhouse and pool area. Owners were super responsive to any concerns or requests.

Family Vacation

We had a group of 14, ages 3-70. The property was great! The resort has so many amenities for the kids. The house was wonderful. Everyone enjoyed a lot of time in the private pool. There was definitely space for all of us and we did not feel crowded. We would definitely rent this property again!

You have to pack everything

The house was nice, but there are no blankets or comforters on the beds. They provide pillow case, fitted and flat sheet only. The house sleeps 20, but you are only given 1 shower towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 beach towel per guest. Packing extra towels and blankets is a must!

Nice property! Plenty of room & mostly stocked. Needs extra pillow cases or cases on extra pillows. We had a few issues. Back door would not lock & owner did address within reasonable time. Hot tub would not work all week. Several attempts were made to fix but were unsuccessful. Houses are a bit too close. Neighbors kept us up. Waterpark is awesome & game room was free & kids loved it. Overall great vacation place for a family!

Magnificent

From start to finish our Host was always available and returned any messages with what we needed. The home was clean , clean, clean- we had a few neat freaks with us and they were completely satisfied!! I love the towels in the bag which shows the small details of how considerate they are to the guests showing the cleanliness of the home . Plenty of room / bedrooms , well divided for bed sizes. Pool/ jacuzzi was good and heated!!. We went to the resort pool 2 days and enjoyed ourselves! My family likes to cook and we had plenty of pots, pans, of all sizes!! This is a place we will stay again. Pictures are on point and there were no surprises!! We had an Amazing time!! Thank you!!!

Comfortable Beds Clean House Lots of space and plenty of bathrooms Televisions in every room and 2 living rooms/ very spacious Pool Deck needs some maintenance/weeds growing thru bricks and the deck needed a washing to remove loose debris Sliding door to pool didn’t stay on track and did not lock Spa temp was not 100 as advertised. It was only 87 2 of the 4 that patio chairs were broken, the seats had deteriorated The owner did not answer requests for help until day 4 of a 7 day rental. It was on day 4 that someone fixed the sliding door and the pool/spa temp was adjusted to their advertised temperature When I tried calling, I was hung up on and could only communicate thru VRBO messaging

Friends get-away

Great location to the community center, less than a half mile walk. The pool and lazy river was heated which made it all the more enjoyable since the weather wasn’t too warm! Since there wasn’t a guest leaving that day before us, they allowed us to arrive at 2:00. Everything was clean except we found a lot of long hair on the bathroom floors and floor rugs!! In the ad the pictures showed a table and six chairs on the patio. But when we arrived there were only four chairs with two being broke! So I messaged the host about it and he ordered four chairs for the table and four card table chairs as extras. All was delivered that day!! Which was a big plus!! Each bed had a wrapped towel set; Pool, bath and hand towel but no washcloth!! Kitchen provided one dish towel, no dish rag, no dish soap. Absolutely no extras in house.. spices, salt, pepper. Be sure to bring toilet paper, tissues, dish soap, laundry detergent if you plan for several loads! There was a lot of different cookware and utensils. We noticed a lot of small things that needed repair or replaced but did not disrupt our stay, hopefully they all were addressed when we left and before the next guest arrived! This house is spacious, bright, and a great place for large gatherings. Nice big 8 person table in the kitchen area. We would definitely stay here again! Felt absolutely safe walking in this gated neighborhood! Thank you!!

Perfect fit in every way!

WOW! That is the one word I can use to describe this property. I surprised my husband with a surprise birthday celebration at this property. . Since I do all of the family holiday cooking in my home, even for my sisters, I thought it would be a perfect surprise to cook a birthday dinner for my husband and have our two sons, my sisters, and their families join us for his 60th birthday in a relaxing, non-stressful, and comfortable environment away from our busy lives in Jacksonville, FL. Of course he was surprised and elated as we were the first ones to enter this huge, gorgeous, and spacious house. Of course, he wondered what he would do with 8 BR and 6 bathrooms . Not knowing that I had invited our two sons, daughter-in-law , my sisters and their families for a weekend birthday celebration in his honor . Each family arrived at different times which made it even better! Our time at this property will be unforgettable. My husband told me that I outdid myself on this event! There were only a few minor items that could have been better but nothing worth complaining about, because this home was amazing.! Each room was the perfect fit for each family member, and it allowed us to spend time together in a large house, without having to worry about space or go home after the dinner. In addition, the clubhouse with a water park onsite was the cherry on top: beautiful with so many family amenities. Unfortunately the three days we were there, we didn't get to enjoy the water park, Putt-Putt golf, or the other activities inside the park, because every time we went, we were told that the clubhouse was closing earlier than the posted time or there was lightning reported in the area. So we only enjoyed the Arcade and Fitness Rooms, which were excellent as well. Despite that, I am considering returning to this property in November, unless I can find something better, but it will be hard to top this property. The host and property manager responded to my questions and communicated before 24 hrs, which was very impressive! Thank you! Linda G.

The gouse was great, however there was no toilet paper or paper towel there when we got there. Few things were broken, but all in all it was a great place! Good communication throughout the whole process.I will say though, the gaurds at the gate are absolute jerks to guests. Terrible with people.
