Home was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Was a little run down, no worse than many nicer hotel chains that get a little beat up over the years. Check in was very easy, though the entrance gate into the community did get very back up a few nights when we returned to the property after the parks closed. While the pictures of the property were different than the home we ended up in, we had essentially the same things.

Townhouse was great. Kids loved the game room and sleeping pods. Enjoyed the pool. Only problem was the pool heater. Not worth the money as it did not heat pool very well.

I had some trouble with getting the address to the property, but it finally got worked out. We were able to check in early which was very nice. The garbage bin outside to put garbage in was a pain. The minute you put it out in the bin an animal got the lid off and tore open the garbage bag. The gates to get into the community only worked half the time. The house was nice and clean. We had 4 moms and 4 daughters staying at the house for a cheer competition. Our pool and hot tub was nice. We loved the 2 pools in community except the bathrooms weren’t open at the smaller one. We liked the location for ESPN. It was nice having Target, Walmart and Sam’s Club close.

We had a wonderful stay at this home and would definitely rent it again. The house was very clean, well kept, and had plenty of space for everyone. The bedrooms were a huge hit with the grandkids — each room was beautifully maintained and very nice.The Diamond Crew was amazing throughout our stay. Anytime we needed help with something in the home, they came out quickly and were very easy to work with. You could truly tell they cared about making sure we were taken care of and enjoying our vacation.The only downside was that the pool was smaller than expected, and it was not clearly stated that there is an additional fee to heat the hot tub water. It also takes some time for the water to get hot, so it is not immediate. Another thing to note is that the Hideaway Club is not actually located within the community of the home, and the pictures can be a little deceiving in that regard. However, it is only a short drive down the road, and it was amazing — the kids had a great time there.Overall, we all had a great time, the house was amazing, and despite a few minor surprises, we would absolutely come back and stay again.
