The house & amenities were outstanding! The kids were as excited to come home every night as they were to go to all of the Universal parks. We loved the game room, movie room & hot tub! And with a fully equipped kitchen, we were able to stay in comfortably a couple of nights & cook dinner at home.

Super nice roomy place . Difficulty getting threw gates code would not work lots of cars backed up. But house was good 1st night ac broke no hot water 91* in the house Not Good ! The next evening they moved us at 5 pm . So after bad 1 st night the next 3 were ok. I was positive id get refunded for 1st night but Nope.

Our Hawaii volleyball team travels to Orlando every year for the AAU Junior National Volleyball Tournament, and this is our second year staying at a Vrbo managed by David Tung. Once again, David and his team provided outstanding service and support. They were always readily available to answer any questions or quickly resolve any issues we had.The house was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and comfortably accommodated our group of 9 players and 4 adults. It’s the perfect setup for a large group, and the experience was smooth from start to finish.I highly recommend this property and host. We’ll definitely be renting from David again!

Pros:There was plenty of room for 8 adults & more.It was convenient to the parks and the club house pool, fitness center and lazy river were nice.Communication was quickCons:house seemed run down. The first appearance was overgrown weeds, broken screens, dirty walk to the front door. It’s not a deep clean between guests. There were weeds growing in the screened in pool area with mold on the outdoor chaises & rips & stains on the patio sofa. The refrigerator light was blinking & the seal around the freezer was coming off & needed to be adjusted every time it was opened because it wouldn’t close, the trash can has a lid that’s inoperable & just sits on the garbage so it's more in the way than of use. A few more things that didn’t ruin the stay, but just points to cleanliness and comfort are no chalk for pool sticks, different color lights in the chandelier in the kitchen, absolutely no cleaning supplies to be able to wipe kitchen or bathroom counters or kitchen table, only one extra roll of paper towels for the stay.I did not appreciate that to have heat in the hot tub it was a daily charge, that had to be charged the whole week. There was no grill included, that was an extra charge.

Great House!

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The game room was a nice bonus! We have stayed at several homes in Orlando through VRBO, and our kids said this was their favorite house!

Great for Families

We really enjoyed our stay. This home is great for big families. Our kids loved the game room and the adults really enjoyed the theatre room. The stove was a little tricky to figure out at first, but once we figured out which pots worked with the burners, it was smooth sailing. Overall it was perfect for our weekend get away.

Great house!

We were two families staying here with kids ages 12 and under. They loved the game room and the bunks in there were so unique! The location is great, very close to the parks. I highly recommend!

Lots for all to do and break away from Others at this property! Games room, theatre room, living room, pool and patio area. We also had some family members explore the on-site water park areas and happy to report it was a very positive experience there as well! All our needs were met with this property!

Amazing house truly helped make an even better trip!

The house was as advertised! The overall house was spacious, clean and had all of the great amenities needed to enhance our trip. The themed rooms were a huge hit with the kids. There was a TV everywhere--including a great little movie theater. All in all an awesome house and would definitely book it again.

Great house with kids!

A few little issues with the water having to be shut off on thanksgiving day and we paid extra to have pool heated but it never got warm enough to go in.

Awesome house

11 of my family from 70 to 8 stayed at this property. We had a great time. The house was clean, and exactly like the pictures. We all loved the pool, game room, and movie theater. The location is perfect for side trips to Universal or Disney World. We had a pond view with a running path that the 40 year olds loved running on every morning. The property manager made it so easy to check in early and answered any questions I had. This was the coolest house we have ever stayed in. 5 stars.

Incredible - went above and beyond!

We loved this property! It was close to everything, easy to check in and communicate with the management team. They went over and above! We left a very sentimential item on property when we left and the team went to the house to find it and send it back to us. That is extremely excellent customer service- above and beyond! We will absolutely be staying at this property again in the future and are so grateful to the hosts! THANK YOU!

Family Vacation

The house was in great location to disney, universal and shopping (Target at the entrance of resort). The movie theater and game room were great. Upon arrival, there was a issue with the pool heater. Lilia came out and fixed it herself. Lilia is AWESOME!!!! A couple of improvements that could be made. The kitchen was not stocked very well with bowls that could be sealed up. And it took a long time to dry the clothes in the dryer. I would rent again from Diamond Vacations. Rod

Orlando 2023 July/August

The property itself was pretty much as described and the kids enjoyed the pool, games room and cinema room, the location was the one bit we were surprised about and never really got to enjoy the water park etc as it was quite far to walk in the heat from where we were but overall our stay was enjoyable and having a villa helped us recover from the long hot days at the parks. The jacuzzi could probably do with some more powerful jets maybe okay the rest of the year but in this weather felt a tad weak. The shower pressure in the upstairs bathrooms was a lot weaker than the two downstairs as well, which was odd.

Great house for a multi family vacation

House was a great size for 4 families to share. Larger than it looks in the pictures. Well maintained, clean, and stocked kitchen. Game room and themed rooms were a lot of fun for the kids. The pool/patio was a nice size and we paid for the heat and really enjoyed the hot tub. Location is in the middle of Disney and Universal which worked out well since families were going to different parks. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful to questions/concerns we had before and during our trip. The checkout/cleanup process was the easiest I've had with VRBO! Much appreciated! One of the neighborhood clubhouses was within walking distance. The amenities there were very nice but there were never enough chairs and/or shade even though there was a lot of space. They were also overly strict on bringing in a drink or snack which was frustrating since the restaurant had a huge line and was slow. Hopefully, the HOA can work on some changes. Loved the house and location and would stay there again!

Great location!

We ended up having a good stay-16 family members for a 60th birthday celebration. There were several issues with the home (late with the cleaning so delayed our check-in, dirty, missing towels and bathroom products. And not the same hime that we thought we were getting) but after several conversations, it ended up ok. I hate leaving negative reviews but I also believe in helping others who are utilizing VRBO homes. I may rent one of these properties again as location is ideal and David was able to resolve the issues. That said, my time is valuable so having to spend it on issue-resolution is not how I want to spend it on vacation. Like I said, he made it right so that’s why four stars.

Needs some tlc

Dishwasher wasnt working, main level sink was clogged and if you took a shower the toliet gurgled. Plumbing issues. The location had 1 washer and 2 dryers. 1 of those dryers didnt work at all and the other took 2 full cycles to completely dry the laundry. The kitchen equipment and all utensils were extremely cheap. The handle on one pan was falling off. 1 of the sliding doors was not operable and screwed shut with almost a half inch gap open. Paid for this place for the ability to have laundry, full kitchen, etc. unfortunately didnt get what we paid for. The staff was nice however and met us right away when the front door battery died on the lock pad.
