Very lovely home pictures did the house no justice did not expect for it to be so big and spacious as it was. Paid for the pool to be heated that’s my only complaint the pool was not heated and the hot tub was not hot either

Overall great place to stay. Was very clean and safe. I would recommend better parking options like allowing guests to park in the garage as this would make it more efficient. Would have also liked more trash bags or toilet paper as one roll and one bag is not enough for a weeks stay. Trash service was awesome. The upstairs game room was missing a hockey puck for the air hockey so we could not use the game. The check in process was also long as there was a long line to check in.

We didn't do very much at the house. We played in the soccer tournament. We went to Lake Apopka one day.We never found the WIFI password so we missed out on a lot of TV options. We enjoyed the pool table.

We loved the size of the home and the location. We liked the check in process, not getting out of the car. Garbage service was wonderful, we had 15 in our home. Check out was easy. Response from owner was prompt and the customer service on property was great. What we didn't like was the long line to get in the resort on check in day, the parking at the property wasn't ideal and the wifi and Internet were horrible. The pool needs to be serviced more often and cleaning service needs to make sure things are working properly. Overall a great stay and we would come again.
