House was great for a large golf trip. Comfortably fit the 12 of us. Kenny was easy to contact. Would definitely rent this place again. Couple things to be aware of. Traffic at the gate to get in was a nightmare a couple of the days

Family vacation was amazing house host and front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, down fall a lot of wall plugs didn’t work and lazy river was not walking distance from house other than that we had a blast!

Golf trip

This property was perfect for our needs. It’s centrally located to the 4 golf courses we played that week. There were 12 of us and we were never crowded. The pool and pool area was the right size for our group. I would definitely rent this house again.

Great Stay for Family Just Outside the Disney Chaos

It was even better than described in the listing. Very spacious and entailed everything we could have imagined for our stay. We felt incredibly welcome and it was great for family to take a load off and make memories.

Great place for a family reunion

There were 18 of us, ranging from 16 to 80, who gathered for a family reunion for folks from Florida, NJ, MD, and MI. Wow! What a great place for a reunion. 11 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, all nicely decorated, and a huge kitchen and living space made for an enjoyable time for all. The backyard pool was a great hit as was the pool table in the game room. The resort was great as well with its lazy river and larger pool. The house was clean, check in/out was easy. We'll definitely return!

Fantastic place. Really enjoyed it and it was perfect for what we needed. Only complaint was that the place wasn’t as clean as we like upon arrival. The floor had to be mopped clean 2 or three times before you could walk on it without your feet turning black.

Great stay for our Family.

This was one of the best times we've had as a Family. Unusual the houses we get is either down the street or the next street over but these houses were across the street from one another. Which made our stay that much better. We're thinking about returning next November.

Our stay was fabulous! Host was great to work with, pool/spa was heated and amazing. Room sizes were generous. Only negative was the sofa had one seat that seemed to be broken as you sank when you sat down. Otherwise it was perfect!!

Great house!

We had 16 people & 2 kids and there was plenty of room. The pool & jacuzzi in the backyard was so much fun & the community one is awesome too! Definitely would recommend this house. The owner is really great & gets back to your questions very quickly.

Great, big house with all the essentials. Bedding, beds (a little creaky) and carpets need updating but otherwise this was a great reunion home. Pool and hot tub were clean and the property manager was very responsive.

Large house with big kitchen and dining area. Enough room for our group of 26 comfortably. pool area is nice! Check-in was easy. One room listed "twin room" is actually a king, but that didn't make a difference for us. Would definitely recommend!

Great House Plenty of Bedrooms and Baths

12 Senior Golfers stayed at this house. It worked perfect! We made coffee and breakfast as well as a few meals. Everyone appreciated having their own bathroom and bed. Seven King beds is very nice, and the smaller rooms were actually full size beds vs. twins which accommodated our group very well.

'First to say Kenny was wonderful! He responded fast on everything, he explained everything and took care of everything for us! The home was exactly as you see the pictures on the internet. Very comfortable , clean, tons of room, loved,loved,loved the master bath!! At night after a long day at Disney it was wonderful to relax in the hot tub then head to the large shower and just relax!! We had 11 people total, tons of room for everyone, everyone loved the home,kids really excited over their rooms, excellent neighborhood, felt very safe in the gated community, close to everything. We could be anywhere we needed within minutes. I highly recommend this home and Kenny to anyone looking to stay in a home instead of a small hotel room. You will not be disappointed.
