We had a great stay at this house! It was very spacious, so everyone had their own space, which made things super comfortable. The place was spotless when we arrived right from the moment we stepped in. We had a small issue with the entry code at first, but the owner responded quickly and fixed it right away, which we really appreciated. The movie/gaming room was definitely a highlight. We spent most of our time there, and it was perfect for relaxing and hanging out. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay. Highly recomend!

Wonderful Home

Thanks again for the use of your home. It is very spacious and well appointed. Perfect for a large family like ours! The pool and jacuzzi were so relaxing and having the pool table in the house is a great plus. This will be our first choice for any future visits!!

Great Disney trip

We enjoyed our family trip at this beautiful home. Beautifully themed rooms which our grandchildren loved. Any concern we had was taken care of promptly. Would definitely stay here again. We did wish there were more pool and bath towels available at the house for such a large group but the house was very spacious giving everyone privacy as well as great shared space.

Great house for a big party!

We stayed in this house for a conference we were attending in Orlando so there were quite a few of us. We were shocked with all the space and how well each of us fit! The owner is extremely easy to work with and communicates very quickly. The home was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again and recommend it!

Great House

The house was exactly as advertised. Everything worked as it should and was well maintained. The owner checked in with us several times to see if there was anything we needed during our stay. I have rented vacation homes several times over the years and this one was the best so far! Can’t wait to book the next one!

Magic Vacation

Perfect house and area for a large family vacation. Very nice area and felt very safe. We had 19 family members in the house but never felt crowded and the beds were all very comfortable. After a day at the parks, it was great to come back to the Pool and Hot Tub. It felt like we were coming Home. Stacie did a great job from the start to the end. Definitely would stay here on our next Magic Vacation

My family and I had an AWESOME time and enjoyed the beautiful home. We were a family of 18 and there was enough space and bed. Game room was very comfortable. The property was lovely. It was a little tight spaced in the neighborhood but a lovely property.

The vacation home was lovely! It looked exactly like the pictures so we got what we expected. The house was clean for the most part! The kitchen, dining, and family areas were everyone's favorite! I would've given this stay 5 stars EXCEPT the liners for the shower curtains were molded and look like they haven't been changed over time. However, other than that minor issue that's an easy fix, THE HOUSE WAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING!

Great place to stay in a great location for the patks

Communications before the visit was good. As it was my first time in the area I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect in terms of local facilities and transport but my questions were all answered in a timely manner. The property itself ticked all the boxes for us. We were a party of 13 including five children ranging from 7 to 1 year old. It was spacious, well equipped and with the pool, spa and games room, meant the kids always had plenty to do. It is situated in a quiet estate - we were never bothered by noise from neighbours, yet close enough to main roads and within easy reach of Disney parks. Universal parks were a bit further but generally within an hours drive (not using toll roads and allowing for traffic). We needed to call guest services a couple of times during the (just under three week) stay and they were good. As a minor ‘improver’ it would have been helpful if they’d sent text messages to confirm resolution of issues but otherwise their response was generally good. We had a fabulous time and plan to go back in around 5 years time and would have no hesitation in booking this property again if it’s available.

A little disappointed

Mal functioning grill. Pool cover ripped and not functional on side of house. Towel bars and toilet paper holders all fell off wall. We were a group of 12 and the space was adequate. Not enough towels. Think about 6 people on the first floor sharing 1 bathroom. The 1/2 bath on the deck by the pool is a good idea but only for kids. Also the lock did Not work and trapped my nephew for a bit. Kind of scary for him. No serving pieces ie bowls and platters for large group. Could not serve 18 people as advertised. Also only provided 1 roll of toilet paper per bedroom. Be prepared to buy everything...salt pepper and spices and paper products. No krieig coffee maker so buy ground and filters. Told owner about non functioning grill...no help. Our meals did depend on the grill. My family agreed we would not rent this home again.

I was very impressed with everything. The house is so spacious and decorated so wonderfully. Seeing it online made me anxious to get there, but seeing it in person had me on another level with excitement. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and my family and I enjoyed every second of being there. If you’re visiting Florida with a large crowd then definitely consider this property, you won’t regret it.

Family getaway

Overall the house cleanness kitchen living room pretty much the whole place I enjoyed it was great my first time ever.. yet for a family place no locks on the inside for the kids safety to the outside was a worry we have sleep walkers also in the bunch that was there . and they let the house open for someone to check things out while we were gone .. were informed but yet the door was unlocked .. I think myself that this should be addressed and it would have been excellent..

Wonderful place to stay

Our stay was wonderful! The property is spacious, inviting, and provided the perfect setting for quality time together. We especially enjoyed the pool — definitely a highlight! The location is also a plus, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. A pleasant and convenient place to stay!

Not the cleanest.

House was beautiful. The beauty did not make up for the lack of cleanliness. The rooms were dusty, the laundry roomed smelled like urine, the towels smelled of cologne. There was hair and dirt inside the shower and the floors were dirty. The trash from the previous renters remained on the curb for our entire visit. The home could not have been cleaned befor we arrived.

Amazing place! Highly recommended!

We were super impressed with the house and amenities. The themed bedrooms were adorable and everything was very clean. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Large TVs in every room. We had fun playing in the game room. The location was great for getting to the theme parks and plenty of restaurants within a few miles. Great mini golf just a few miles away too. We had an amazing time and it was wonderful to have the whole place to ourselves to enjoy the pool and relax as much as we wanted. We will definitely be back! Was just what our family needed!

Not fit for families

The house itself is great, however, the items that were not included were insane. One towel per person, no pool towels. Not enough silverware, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, no kitchen towels or rags, only a sponge. No spices and 2 pans in the whole place. We stay at homes when traveling to be able to cook, save money, and spend time there. The lack of simple amenities for 16 people for 7 days was disappointing. We did still have a great time, but we had to buy a lot of items that should have been provided.

Excellent house

Very comfortable and spacious for my family of 24 people. The only thing was, it did not include enough towels/cloths. I think we only had 10 towels at most, so we had to go out and buy our own towels during our stay. Terrific area though, would love to stay there again in the future!
