Guests will have access to the entire home via an electronic keypad. A unique code will be provided to each guest prior to arrival and will be deactivated upon departure. Guests will have full privacy and access to all amenities provided in the listing. In case of any issues with the keypad, guests can contact the host for assistance.
The host will be available to assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have during their stay. Guests will have the host's contact information and are encouraged to reach out if they need anything. Guests can expect a warm welcome, but minimal interaction unless needed.

Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
PARKING
1. Guests should park on the garage or driveway.
2. If street parking is needed, they would have to do so legally in areas where they do not block
sidewalks, traffic, fire hydrants, neighbors’ driveways, etc., parking on these areas is prohibited.
3. Parking permit (orange slip) is provided by the gate attendants at entry of the resort.
4. Guests must follow all traffic and parking guidelines mandated by law and by the Association in
order to avoid towing.
CLUBHOUSE
5. The Clubhouse for The Retreat is The Oasis
6. Amenities: lazy river, swimming pool, children’s splash zone, fitness center, movie theater, sand
volleyball court, game room, restaurant, tiki bar.
7. Open from Monday to Sunday, from 9am to 9pm
TRASH
9. Trash must be placed out in the container by 7am.
10. Trash cannot be placed by the curb, under trees, in the yard, etc. and must be inside, or
immediately adjacent to the trash bench in order to be collected.
11. All trash must be inside bags, they must be tied.
12. Any loose trash within the container or trash bin will not be collected if not bagged.
13. No liquids and no hazardous or medical waste.
14. There ́s trash collection every day.
AIR CONDITIONING
15. This property has air conditioning in both floors and they function independently. Please set temperatures between 75 and 80 degrees. Never set below 72
