The house was very clean with excellent, spacious accommodations for the 10 of us, comfortable bedding , excellently stocked kitchen, good AC and lots of beach towels.Everyone was complimentary about the room decor and enjoyed the game equipment. We had fun at both water parks and free access was a special treat. We brought our own pack n play, but found you had graciously supplied one well as a play pen, strollers and a child gate as complimentary options. The write up was clear and the host very responsive.

Getting in the gated community was very stressful. Almost 2 hours for them to get us in. The property management doesn't follow through when the Host provides them info.

Thank you for the feedback! We apologize that the experience did not meet your expectations. The community is undergoing a gate system transition causing interruptions and temporary longer than desired wait times. We hope to have everything completed soon for smoother check in processes for future guests!

We loved this house, it was perfect for our family of 7 all week. The kids were entertained and although the pool looks small, it’s actually perfect for us. Loved the hot tub, beds, games, and community pool. Will stay again!

Pool was a perfect size and temperature for 5 kids to play in. House was big enough for us to spread out when we needed space, but ample spaces to all hang out together too. If I had to complain about something it would be the shower heads in the bathrooms were kind of weak, but that’s digging for something to complain about that’s how good the place was.

Everything was extremely clean, couldn’t have asked for anything better. Great communication and everything was as described. My grandchildren loved it. But that pool and hot tub after all day at Disney was a perfect ending!

A great stay for family vacation

We enjoyed a week-long stay in this home. Nicely appointed with two special themed rooms for the kids. Plenty of spacious spaces on the main floor for dining, TV viewing, and game spaces. The pool with a hot tub was a special treat and convenience used during the warm weather. Excellent communication from the host pre-arrival made the policies and expectations clear.
