Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.
2) Is there a BBQ grill?
A BBQ grill is not kept at the home. We will provide information where a gas grill can be rented and delivered to the house. Charcoal grills are not allowed.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is a child safety fence blocking the pool.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)
5) What type of coffee maker is in the home?
Drip and K-Cup coffee makers are provided.
6) Are linens and towels provided?
Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.
7) What paper products and cleaning products are provided?
Only starter amounts of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning products are provided. (This is an industry standard practice.)
8) Is Wifi provided for free?
Complimentary wireless internet is provided.
9) Is smoking allowed in the home or by the pool? Are pets allowed?
Smoking is NOT allowed in the home or by the pool. Pets of any kind are NOT allowed.

If your party has more vehicles than will fit in the driveway of the home, you can park them in the Oasis Club parking lot.

Overall stay was pleasant. There were some small hiccups but were resolved quickly by the owner. Biggest issue we had was we paid for the pool to be heated and the first day it was not. We alerted the property manager but they kept assuring us it was enabled. After following up, someone came out and turned it on

Annual Family Holiday Vacation

The home was just like the photos. It was very clean and updated. The layoff was great for the family especially the first floor home theatre.We plan to stay here again.

Fun weekend

This house felt like a home away from home. Excellent communication from booking to checkout. Pool with an actual hot tub was amazing. Would definitely return and recommend to friends. Only complaint would be the bed mattresses. King mattresses are very high and very soft. Queen mattresses are like hollow boxes.

Perfection

This house was utterly perfect. We went with my family of 5, my in laws, our best friends (family of 4) and one of their parents and we all fit perfectly. There was a bedroom for every adult couple and the one single, a bed room for our friend's 2 kids, and all 3 of mine fit in the Moana room. There was plenty of room for us all to spread out and not be ok top of each other. 1000% would stay again.

Super Bowl and Disney

We had a lovely stay at the home. Our group staying at the home consisted of 3 families ages 18 months to 50 also our extended family lives locally and visited us for dinner. Highlights of the house were the pool/hot tub and the theater room. The TVs were easy to work. Watching nightly movies and the Super Bowl in the theater room was lovely. We also enjoyed the outdoor space with extra seating TV and a hot hot tub and pool after a long day at the park.Our feedback was well received and the booking and management company were great to work with.

My family and I stayed here over 4th of July weekend and loved it. The home was perfect for our needs and came with everything we needed for our stay. Specifically, we loved the theater and pool! Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

We rented this house for our trip to Disney. The house was beautiful, very clean. They made it very clear how to check in, so even though other reviews said it was hard to find the right gate, it was very easy for us. We did pay to have the pool heated, but we were there during a cold spell so it took many days for it to heat up. They were super communicative. Any issue we had they responded quickly. We even forgot an item there and they had it ready to ship to us. Definitely one of the better places we’ve rented. Highly recommend.

The home was updated, clean, and accurately described. The kids liked the themed bedrooms. The movie theatre room is a converted garage and it was a little more challenging to control the temp in there. It was about a 25-30 minute drive to the Disney parks each day. The only hiccup was choosing the right map route to get us to the front gate or Westside gate and not the back gate. This was described to us in the intro email to get us there from route 4 but when taking other routes, it wasn't as clear.

So much to do!

We had a wonderful time staying here! Just in the house there was SOOO much to do! Movie theatre, game room, pac man, Xbox, swimming, hot tub, etc. my kids were in heaven. The club house was nice as well. Lazy River, splash pad, pool/hot tub, food and beverages. The house was clean, the amenities were wonderful. The owner was very responsive when I had questions, etc. 10/10 recommend. We will likely book again!

Beautiful Home

In town for parks & Daytona 500. The house was perfect. Very clean, fun for the kids (game room, movie room, pool) and easy drive to everything. Grocery store close by which was very convenient. Only question was I thought house pictures showed a grill & there was not one at the house but we managed without. Traffic on the main road to anything (4) was always heavy & caused longer rides in the car- just an FYI for folks who are staying at house and driving daily to the parks. Otherwise a wonderful stay & I recommend this beautiful home.

Best house for kids and families

We absolutely loved this place! Everything appeared in person as nice as it does in the pictures. The movie theater and surround sound system was awesome to watch the superbowl! Great communication with the owner and the property management team. We had a little issue with one of the Roku remotes and someone came right over to solve the problem. Very clean and well managed property overall. House still looks and smells new, everything worked as it should. Our 3 kids ages 7-11 loved the game room, xbox's and having their own separate rooms. Plus with three adults we had a full house but felt very comfortable the whole time and we all LOVED the pool area. Definitely recommend this place to anyone with a family. Nice and quiet well maintained gated community.

Family Reunion Event!

First I want to say that the property looks EXACTLY like the pictures you see of the house online. We are always looking for a fun house, especially for the kids in our Family Reunions, and this house was just perfect for everyone! The game room was definitely a hit, especially with the old-school arcade of Mrs. Pac-Man. Definitely fun and I played too! But the best part of the house is that amazing theater room with the Star Wars theme. We all loved it! Keith was on top of it with the communication for any questions I was having during my stay. We have stayed in many other rental homes before, but I do have to say that what stood out with this house was seeing how CLEAN the rooms were and everything was so spic and span. It felt good to come into a home that looked and smelled clean. We appreciated that! The ambiance coming into the house with the music on in the background was very welcoming. I give this house more than a 5 out of 5 because it exceeded our expectations. We had to figure out the alarm issue every time we went out to the pool area, but there are clear instructions posted as to what to do when exiting the back doors. So not a problem at all. Overall it was a wonderful house and property, and we definitely want to come back again! I really liked the Champions Gate area, it looks so well-maintained and gives you those vacation vibes.

Not happy

We rented this house for my family of 4 to relax from a two week vacation to Disney before heading to universal. We used Uber about 4 times and each time it took over 50 minutes to get to Disney no matter the time of day. I originally choose this location because listing said it was closer to Disney. The house is nice with a huge movie theater room. The theater room had a musky smell and we tried to stay out of it. The pool was what my kids enjoyed more while staying here. The communication with property manager was always great no problem there. Directions were clear. Check out was at 10am but we left at 4AM! We could not wait to leave. We came here to relax and not to complain and have to wait for anyone to fix what should have been perfect as expected to begin with. I usually do not write reviews but I felt like for this one I should. I was surprised at everyone reviews stating the house was clean. It was not for us at least. We ordered from Amazon fresh to cook food but all the non stock pans were scratched and was compromised with Teflon I was not going to expose my family with the chemicals. We paid for Pool heating for the length of our stay and was cut short and was refunded for Pool heating for that day. The oasis pool we didn’t get to enjoy because we had a problem on our first night where the employees were not nice to us. Almost like they didn’t want us there. My kids noticed their rude behavior and it hurt me so we decided not to go back. Among other things but I will leave it at that. Overall I will not be returning to Champions gates

The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 12. The problems were the pool was not heated and the hot tub did not work, so we used it as a kiddie pool for the babies. Hopefully we get refunded the 200 I paid for it. The water line in the fridge didn't work, so we had to buy lots of bottled water and ice. And the A/C in the theater room didn't work, so it was hot to watch any movies or TV in there. It stayed 81 degrees in there the whole week. The side of the Moana bed was broken, so the 8 year old just had to be careful. Other than that it was great fun!

This is a great house to stay in for an extended family get vacation. The house is clean with lots of room to spread out in. The pool and outside area are great for hanging out.
