One of my guests said there were “awkward smells” in the upstairs sofa. Bed in bedroom near upstairs sofa was rock hard. Front door was very “finnicky” to lock. There was a loose screw that needed to be pushed in for the door to lock. Otherwise a wonderful property and value!

The home was beautiful and matched the photos accurately. It offered more than enough space to comfortably accommodate my family during Thanksgiving. There are a few minor updates that would enhance the stay, such as cleaning the grout lines throughout the tile areas and ensuring the home is stocked with sufficient toilet paper for the duration of guests’ visits. We also paid extra for the heated pool and hot tub, the pool was heated perfectly, but the hot tub remained cold during our stay. Overall, we had an enjoyable experience.

The listing looks great but it’s the little things. The hot tub/spa and pool never worked right no matter how often I called and they had maintenance come to “fix” it. The jets shot up like water fountains and there was no way to adjust it. There was no heat in the spa and was told I had to pay for heat so I did. The jets continued to give cold water until the 5th day. Then the temperature went up to about 100 including the pool! No refreshing swim for us after a day at the parks. The Internet was on and off which shut the TVs of as well. Waited for maintenance again and then the provider. It was fixed the afternoon before we left. Kitchen was very sparsely furnished. One dish towel, one potholder, nonstick pans that were super scratched up. They delivered more of each. The house is old. The carpets need replacing. Beds were comfortable and appliances worked well. The pool was very important to use when choosing a vacation rental and this failed. Overall I’d stay somewhere else for sure.

The pool was not heated and it was not even offered to me until I asked and was told it would be 35 a day that was a bit disappointing and also there were several bugs in the house. Everything else about the house was nice.

Everything was great except the Mattress in the King suite was too soft i didn't sleep good.And the spa tub was full of ants. And the sliding glass door had no blinds im very private and don't sleep well with no blinds on windows. But otherwise we loved the place will be reaching out to rent again.

This was a great property for all of our family to stay at. Lots of bedrooms for all of us, and the several clubhouses were great for the kids to have fun at! We were disappointed about the hot tub. You have to pay extra to heat the pool, we did not realize that meant the hot tub as well. We were disappointed about not being able to use the hot tub at all. Overall it was a great stay.

We really enjoyed the location, subdivision and subdivision amenities and being inside of a gated community. The house had a great floor plan and worked well for our group of 12. The cleanliness of the home itself and the disrepair of many items was a disappointment for sure. The carpet is beyond expired, and beds were missing mattress covered. One of the king beds had bad stains and reeked of urine when you entered the room. There was noticeable hair throughout the home and cigarette ashes all over the patio.The kitchen was not well stocked or adequate for cooking for a group. It would have been nice to know what days the pool maintenance was scheduled for so we could plan around that (he came and treated it on Christmas morning and turned the heat down to 70 degrees when we paid the extra per day amount for all 9 days that we stayed. We did also run into complications on our last day with a packaged that was suppose to arrive on Dec 23 but got delayed and rescheduled for our check out date. We tried to make arrangements with the property manager, Maria to have it left at the HOA office or club or security since it was string after check out time. I was told that they wouldn’t do that but could take it back to their own office of the property management company and we could retrieve it there. We have confirmation and pictures of it delivered to the front door while the cleaner was there but when we went to pick it up from the PM office we were told that they didn’t have it.
