Nice & Spacious Facility

We have a brief stay. The atmosphere is good. It's very spacious for our group of 10. Check out is also easy. We packed all garbage in bags and placed outside of the house. Just hope no animal come and explore them!

A Very Promising Vacation

I rented this property because it came up as an option for events. My son had gotten married and as a US Marine, we had to postpone his reception. We found this venue and booked it right away. The price was reasonable and the neighborhood was gorgeous. I was very impressed with the back patio, the lawn area, and the upstairs balcony. It was open and spacious and appropriate for our small reception. The kitchen was large and open. These are this property's best features. However, some things were not so good. The bathrooms were not very clean and there was pet hair on the bedding and towels. Another disappointment was that the freezer was full of frozen food and we had no place to store the ice we brought. Finally, the biggest disappointment was a $500 event fee added to our total a week after we paid the total amount (the day we booked). There was nothing documented in the initial information regarding a $500 event fee. Had I known that up front, I probably would not had booked the property because there was a lot of competitive options. As it was, the invitations were already printed and sent. I tried to reason with the property mgr about this "hidden cost" and even though they admitted they did not disclose this up front and after numerous back and forth emails, they still required me to pay the fee or cancel the reservation. This has never happened to me before because VRBO has always been upfront about all of the costs. All of them.
