The apartment is located in a quiet location in the 1. Floor of an apartment complex with a clear view of the Kiel Fjord and the Laboer marina. On the west-facing balcony you can enjoy the sun from noon to sunset. The beach, the ferry terminal and the center are about 500 meters away. The apartment is cozy and lovingly furnished. The apartment also has a garage parking space with 2 bicycles. We as landlords value the fact that our guests feel comfortable with us.

Nettes kleines Apartment, Zentrum nah, gut ausgestattet, mit tollem Blick auf den Segelhafen und die

Sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Es ist ausreichend ausgestattet und war sauber. Das Schrankbett ist gut, wenn auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Sofa, Sessel und Essstühle hochwertig in Leder. Leider waren einige Schrankelemente mit z.T undefinierbaren Sachen voll. Für 2 Wochen Aufenthalt gab es nur 1x Handtücher, was ich zu wenig finde. Wenigstens wöchentlicher Wechsel wäre gut. Sonst alles ok.

Das Appartement hat die perfekte Lage, man kann vom Bett aus auf‘s Meer gucken. Vom möblierten Balkon aus hat man eine herrliche Sicht über den Hafen und kann perfekt die ein- und auslaufenden Kreuzfahrtschiffe etc. beobachten. Die Wohnung selbst war sauber und alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

Alles war wie gewohnt ordentlich und sauber. Ich hatte zwar gehofft, dass das Wetter diesmal mitspielen würde, aber daraus wurde nichts… Es ist aber immer wieder schön, Wind, Regen und Wolken aus der gemütlichen Wohnung zu beobachten. Einfach kuschelig. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Herbsturlaub im Okt.'23

Wir haben das kleine aber feine App. im Yachthafen von LABOE 10 Tage lang bewohnt u. in jeder Hinsicht genossen !! Ausstattung, Lage und Ausicht auf Segelboote, wie auch auf den Schiffsverkehr in der Außenförde...waren perfekt u. begeisterten uns rückhaltlos ! Diese positiven Eindrücke konnte selbst die nasskalte, stürmische Witterung nicht eintrüben... Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf einen nächsten Aufenthalt in NICOLA's zauberhaftem Hafenquartier !!!

Laboe im April

Der April hat gehalten, was er so verspricht. Das Wetter war sehr wechselhaft mit vielen dicken Regenschauern. Aber wenn man in der gemütlichen Wohnung sitzt, mit diesem schönen Ausblick, dann ist das auch ein Genuss für das Auge. Ich habe auch diesen Urlaub wieder in vollen Zügen genossen. Komme immer gerne wieder.

Perfekt für 2 Personen

Die perfekte Wohnung für 2 Personen, tolle Aussicht. Man hat alles nah beieinander. Shoppen, Restaurants,Strand mit schöner Promenade und auch der Hundestrand ist wirklich schön. Was uns besonders wichtig ist, die Wohnung war super sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Laboe ist mir schon aus meiner Jugend bekannt, unsere Familie hat viele Jahre den Urlaub auf dem Campingplatz verbracht. Nun wollte ich ausspannen und Erinnerungen aufblühen lassen. Ich wünschte mir für diese Zeit eine kleine Unterkunft mit Blick aufs Wasser und auf den Hafen. Es war wunderbar, sogar das Wetter hat für Oktober mitgespielt. Ich komme wieder.

Wohlfühlwohnung mit Weitblick

Eine Wohnung, die gut durchdacht und geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist, alles hat was man braucht und für zwei Personen perfekt ist. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung bei unserer Anreise war beeindruckend und der Ausblick von der Logia auf den Yachthafen, die vorbeifahrenden Schiffe und die Ostsee jeden Tag aufs Neue faszinierend. Als sehr angenehm empfanden wir auch die zur Wohnung gehörige Garage. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern empfanden wir als sehr nett, unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Super Urlaub in Laboe

Uns hat der Blick vom Balkon fasziniert und abends der Sonnenuntergang. Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten alle fußläufig erreichbar. Der Strand ist ca. nur 500 Meter entfernt. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber es ist völlig ausreichend für ein Paar.

Mega Aussicht und Bestlage an der Kieler Förde

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben alles vorgefunden, was für unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt erforderlich war. Die Aussicht vom Balkon hat uns jeden Tag auf´s Neue geflasht. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte am Wohnhaus der Vermieter, da es für uns auf dem Weg lag. Leider kam es dann dazu, dass vor dem Appartementhaus in Laboe die Schranke zum Parkplatz offen war und wir zum Ausladen durch gefahren sind. Danach war die Schranke wieder zu und wir konnten den Parkplatz erstmal nicht mehr verlassen, bis ein Anwohner zufällig die Schranke wieder geöffnet hat. Dies nur als Vorwarnung. Bitte nicht durch geöffnete Schranken fahren! Durch geschlossene natürlich auch nicht. Eher empfehlenswert ist das kurze Parken seitlich der Wohnanlage, aber das haben wir erst später bemerkt. Super ist die zugehörige Garage! Die man in 2 Min. Fußweg erreicht. Zur Verfügung stehen hier 2 Fahrräder, die wir aber nicht genutzt haben, weil wir eigene dabei hatten. Was uns sehr negativ aufgefallen war ist der intensive Zigarettenrauchgestank auf dem Flur zur Wohnung. Natürlich kann der Vermieter nichts dafür, aber der Gestank zieht auch leicht in die Wohnung hinein. Daran gewöhnt man sich leider auch nicht. Des Weiteren wäre WLAN eine lohnenswerte Anschaffung! Alles in allem können wir einen Aufenthalt hier uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die per mail/SMS immer zügig erreichbar waren.
