On the day of checking in, I was sent the address and check in details. When walking in, we realised that this was not the same property we booked. It was smelly, dirty, uncomfortable and in poor shape. Upon talking to the host I was told that the apartment we booked was ‘damaged’ so they moved us there. We paid a lot to stay in the original accommodation and would of paid maybe half to stay in the accommodation we were given. All we were offered was a car spot (there was free parking everywhere). Really disappointed that none of this was told to us prior until I chased it up.

Sehr zentrale Lage (Jakominiplatz) Kein 5 Stern Hotel, aber für den Preis und einen Ausflug mit Freunden völlig ausreichend!

Einmal und nie wieder

haben eine andere wohnung in der stadtmitte gebucht. am selben tag melden sich diejenigen, dass die wohnung nicht verfügbar wäre da ein rohbruch war. haben schlussendlich am stadtrand eine dreckige, heruntergekommene wohnung bekommen die dafür ein vermögen gekostet hat. nichtmal eine entschädigungsprämie etc. haben wir bekommen, da wir den vollen preis der anderen wohnung zahlen haben dürfen!!! sehr enttäuscht!!
