About this property

Cozy holiday home with a magnificent view

Our house is located in a small village near Marialinden. From the large terrace you have a wonderful view of the Bergisches Land.

The former farm building of a horse breeding was renovated and completely modernized by us and was furnished with great attention to detail.

On the ground floor there is a beautiful kitchen with seating. The new kitchen has a dishwasher, induction field and a microwave with grill function.

Through the open passage you get into the living room with a fireplace and an oak sofa which can be converted into a sleeping place in just a few steps. From the living room you also get to the terrace which extends across the entire front of the house.

On the ground floor adjacent to the living room is the bathroom with a shower and large vanity.

From the kitchen you reach the upper floor by stairs and there are the two bedrooms of the house.

The master bedroom has a large, comfortable double bed. The 2nd The bedroom is in the gallery with a sofa bed that can be converted into a comfortable bed in just a few steps. But it is not a sofa bed but a bed with slatted frame and bed mattress that is folded out.

We have a wallbox for electric vehicles on the property and tenants are welcome to charge their vehicles with us. Our wallbox has a type 2 plug.

The entire house is heated by allergy-friendly infrared heating. In winter the beautiful stove invites you to linger comfortably in the living room.

From all windows you have a wonderful view of the Bergisches Land, meadows and forests.

A supermarket is located in Marialinden about 1.5 km away where a bakery is open on Sundays. Here you will also find restaurants and pubs. The nearest train station with connections to Cologne and buses to Siegburg and Bonn is approx. 6 km away. It is about 5km to the A4 motorway towards Cologne. In about 30 minutes you are in Cologne.

The nature reserve Schlingenbachtal is within walking distance and many beautiful hiking opportunities. In Lindlar approx. 10 km away there is a very interesting open-air museum about rural life in the Bergisch region.

Wonderful house

Great stay in Linde!

We had a very nice long weekend with our 1,5 year old son. The location of the house was nice and it has everything you need for a stay with your kids. Would also recommend for other parties who are looking for a quiet weekend away.

Toller Aufenthalt - klare Weiterempfehlung

Wir wirken begeistert von der unkomplizierten Buchung und sehr netten Ankunft. Wir kommen ursprünglich aus Much/Overath und haben bis vor einigen Jahren in Bensberg gewohnt sind aber vor einigen Jahren aus der Region weggezogen ins Ausland und danken herzlich für den Aufenthalt.Toll dass es uns möglich gemacht wurde den 3 Geburtstag mit unserer Familie welche noch im Umland wohnt dort zu feiern, im Garten draußen mit Kaffe und Kuchen bei Sonnenschein und toller Aussicht für die Uromas. In der Küche war alles vorhanden was benötigt wurde uns fehlte lediglich ein Ofen oder Heissluftfriteuse. Ebenfalls war es nachts bei gutem Wetter extrem warm trotz Ventilator und bei kühlen Regenwetter wahnsinnig kalt da hätte man sich gewünscht dass die Heizung wärmer geht. Eine Waschmaschine wäre hilfreich gewesen, aber auch das ist nur „meckern“ auf hohem Niveau und darf vermutlich nicht mal erwähnt werden bei diesem super Aufenthalt. Rundum war alles super und wir haben ein wunderbares Ferienhaus in der Woche genossen was sauber ist, gut ausgestattet, nette Leute, großzügig geschnitten, gepflegter Garten und Parkmöglichkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut und empfehlen dieses Ferienhaus sehr gerne weiter. Jeder der hier einen Urlaub bucht wird sich gut aufgehoben fühlen und eine tolle Zeit haben.

Entspannung pur mit wunderbarer Aussicht

Die gemütliche Einrichtung mit Kamin, sehr angenehmen Infrarot-Heizung-Panele und moderner Küchenausstattung lassen keine Wünsche offen. Durch die sehr freundliche Begrüßung und Einweisung beginnt die Entspannung sofort. Geniale Veranda mit Glasfront ermöglicht den grandiosen Ausblick auf die schöne Landschaft. Das Haus ist ein echtes Juwel in der Gegend!

Perfekter Kurzurlaub mit Familie und Hund

Wir haben die Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus mit grandiosem Ausblick sehr genossen. Spaziergehmöglichkeiten mit Hund gibt es direkt vor der Haustür, für weitere Wanderungen ein Wanderparkplatz ca. 5 Autominuten entfernt. Vom Bahnhof Overath aus (ca. 11 Autominuten entfernt) kann man bequem mit der Regionalbahn nach Köln fahren. Für uns war der Urlaub eine perfekte Kombination aus erholsamer Ruhe auf dem Land mit den zahlreichen Möglichkeiten, die Köln bietet.Vielen Dank an die sehr netten Gastgeber!

Trotz Not-OP unseres Hundes, konnten wir uns erholen. Dank einer wirklich schönen naturnahen Umgebung. Trotz manch eines Regenschauers konnten wir uns immer auf der komplett überdachten Terrasse aufhalten. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich.

Wunderbare Unterkunft & Umgebung

Wir waren relativ spontan auf der Suche nach einer geeigneten Unterkunft über Silvester und fanden per Zufall diese und was soll ich sagen: Sie war/ist wirklich wunderbar. Der Kamin, die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist genau wie abgebildet. Dazu dieser wunderschöne Ausblick, einfach herrlich. Wir sind mit unserer Hündin verreist, womit es keine Probleme gab. Herr Rhein hatte uns sogar noch Teppich für die Treppe gegeben, dass unsere Hündin nicht runterrutscht. Wir werden sicherlich noch einmal hierher reisen, da es allem in allem eine 10 von 10 war :)

Ganz tolles Haus mit allem was man braucht.

Ein wunderschöner, erholsamer, entspannter Aufenthalt in diesem großartigen Haus. Der Bollerofen war genau richtig zur Jahreszeit. Holz spendierte der Gastgeber. Wohlfühloase. Wunderbar zum Entspannen, Kochen, Projektarbeit am PC ganz in Ruhe; mit toller Aussicht. WLAN wesentlich besser als in vielen Städten und super stark und stabil. Perfekt zum Arbeiten. Alles vorhanden; wie zuhause. Bis zum Korkenzieher. Schöne Wanderungen ringsherum. Bergische Toskana. Mal Sonne, mal Nebel. Immer schöne Blicke. Der Gastgeber ist superfreundlich. Der Kontakt von Anfang an superschnell und sehr gastfreundlich. Und bekam sogar Hühnereier aus eigener Haltung. Danke! Toller Edeka und Bäcker unweit von hier. Eher selten auf dem Land: Es gibt eine E-Auto-Ladesäule zur Mitnutzung! Resümee: Vielen Dank! Ich fahre gechillt nachhause.

Gutes Ferienhaus in toller Landschaft

Kurzurlaub mit der Familie und Hund

Urlaub in Linde

Haben ein paar wunderschöne Tage in einem sehr sauberen Ferienhaus genossen. Terasse mit Ausblick in die Natur fantastisch. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und kommunikativ und verständnisvoll für unsere verfrühte Abreise. Vielen Dank nochmal. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir waren zu zweit mit unserem Hund eine Woche in diesem wunderbaren Haus. Was soll man sagen? Es war das sauberste und best durchdachteste Ferienhaus, in dem wir bisher waren (und wir waren schon in etlichen). Nicht zu toppen ist die große überdachte Terrasse und die Tatsache, dass es überall genug Beleuchtung gab. Unglaublich nette Vermieter und Nachbarschaft. Von solchen Ferienhäusern sollte es mehr geben! Die Fotos und die Beschreibung im Inserat entsprechen der Wirklichkeit! Auch das ist nicht selbstverständlich! Wenn wir dürfen, kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder 😊
