"Sand martin". The beautiful row bungalow "Uferschwalbe" is located in quiet, maritime surroundings in Hohwacht just a few steps from the wide bay.
Feel warmly invited to spend relaxing days in our house.
A natural bathing beach is only 300 meters away.

The prices are for 4 people, an additional person pays an extra fee per night.
Electricity costs (price: € 0.30 per kWh) are charged according to consumption (prices without guarantee).
150, - € deposit are due in advance and offset against the additional costs.
Tourist tax must be paid directly to the Hohwacht Tourist Information.
Bed linen and bath towels can be ordered for a fee.

Our comfortable 4-room holiday home has a full kitchen with dishwasher and
Ceramic hob and partial view of the Baltic Sea coast, living room with open dining area and terrace. From the bright dining area, the kitchen and a bedroom, you look directly into the greenery and the Baltic Sea. The three bedrooms invite you to dream, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate guest toilet complete the comfort. On the terrace behind the house you will find patio furniture and in the adjacent storage room a charcoal grill for free use. On the wonderful breakfast terrace in front of the house you can enjoy an unforgettable breakfast at sunrise.

The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating and free WiFi.

The Uferschwalbe holiday home offers couples and small families the best opportunity to spend their vacation together.

The house is at ground level. The breakfast terrace in front of the house faces south-east and the terrace behind the house faces south-west.

Unsere Kritikpunkte

Dieser Bungalow dürfte niemals an ältere, bzw. an Leute mit Gehschwierigkeiten vermietet werden. Für den Safe Schlüssel zu holen, muss man über eine steile Wiese auf die Terrasse gehen. Der weite Weg über Treppen und Steigung zum Parkplatz ist eine Zumutung. Der Kühlschrank lest sich nicht verstellen, weil das Rad abgebrochen ist. Die Kaffee- maschine ist vollkommen verkalkt. Die Bodenheizung war an und Beleuchtung war sehr hell, weil der Strom ja vom Mieter bezahlt wird. Der Grill war völlig verdreckt. Die zwei Uraltliegen, eine läst sich nicht aufklappen, und die andere hat im Sitzbereich einen großen braunen Fäkalienfleck. Die hochstehenden Terrassenplatten sind eine Unfall- und Verletzungsgefahr. Zum Schluss eine unverschämt hohe Endreinigungssumme von 128,-€ für eine besenrein zuverlassende Wohnung. Es wurde der volle Preis für die Strandkarten angefordert. Lt. Howachtzeitschrift gibt es bei 80% Behinderung 50% auf die Karte. Meine Frau hat100% , das habe ich leider auch erst zu Hause festgestellt.

Sauberkeit / Terrasse

In allen Zimmern haben wir Spinnweben entfernt und die sind nicht erst kurz vor unserer Anreise entstanden. Des Weiteren mussten wir wiederholt in Küche, Gäste-Toilette und im zusätzlichen Schlafraum (für 1 Person) Asseln entfernen. Ansonsten hatte die Wohnung eine TOP-Lage und es war bis auf einen Wasserkocher alles vorhanden. Das Pflaster der Terrasse weist zwar kleine Stolperfallen auf, dafür ist die komplette Überdachung sehr von Vorteil.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

... wenn auch nur für ein Wochenende, so haben wir uns doch wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist nicht das Modernste, erfüllt aber den Zweck und es ist alles vorhanden. Leider war das W-lan nur bedingt zu nutzen.
