About this property

Fully furnished studio a quick drive to grocery stores, restaurants, and the 97 and 20 highways for quick and easy access to wherever you want to go. Hike, bike, shop, or explore within minutes of this perfect quaint studio.

Studio has a queen bed, chair and desk for working, mini fridge, microwave, fast WiFi (~250mpbs download), SmartTV, bathroom w/ shower, and small kitchenette (no stove/oven). The unit has a small porch right outside with chairs to sit and enjoy the weather.

ENTRANCE/DESCRIPTION: The studio shares walls with the main house, but has a completely separate entrance from the main home. The studio is ~150 sq ft, which is perfect for an individual or couple to come back and relax after some Bend adventures. It's a great location for visitors looking to be close to grocery stores, restaurants, parks, downtown, and anything else you might need in Bend.

KITCHEN/COOKING: The studio doesn't have a stove/oven, but has a microwave, propane BBQ, and a cast iron pan if you want to cook outside. The unit also comes with the basics for cooking.

WIFI: We have very fast WIFI if you plan to work at the studio. Both owners work from home and need strong WIFI for calls so we will ensure that there is plenty of coverage.

LOCATION: A two minute drive from Target, Mod Pizza, Chic-fil-a, Trader Joes, Chipotle, Black Rock Coffee, and many other stores. 7 minute drive to downtown Bend, 15 minutes to Redmond, and 26 miles from Mount Bachelor.

PARKING: There is space to park right in front of our house.

ARRIVAL: We will provide a digital code for the lock on the door prior to your arrival.

OTHER NOTES: This is a non-smoking location. Please do not smoke in the room or on the premise.

Lovely home base in Bend!

This little studio was perfect for my stay in Bend! It was very clean, comfortable, and well-decorated, with lots of amenities to enhance my downtime between excursions (TV with streaming services, comfortable mattress, toiletries, kitchen supplies, to name a few). Check-in and check-out couldn't have been easier. Thanks for a lovely stay - I highly recommend!

Cute, small, basic studio style space

This is a small but cute little studio style rental located in Bend OR. Its located a close drive to lots of things. The space was relatively easy to locate, had onsite parking, and was decently clean. They had provided an extra fan which was appreciated with the hot temperatures (although it was extremely dusty and could use a clean). The owners allowed for an earlier check in which was much appreciated since we had travelled for a wedding and needed time to clean up beforehand. I would not recommend this space if youre travelling with more than two people. Its very small and would be a tight fit if you had more or children with you, maybe a baby would be fine. But since my husband and I literally were only using it to shower and sleep it worked perfectly. It does share a wall with the main living space, but the noise was relatively low. There is a sink, microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker included. The bathroom is shower only.

Quiet, clean, and nice proximity to town! We enjoyed our stay, found the place easy to find and access, and felt our privacy was respected during our stay. We would stay here again!
