Beautiful Home in SW Bend
This property is located in the Deschutes River Woods neighborhood. Easy in/out access., 15-20 minute drive to St. Charles Hospital. Would be perfect for traveling nurses or just visiting the Bend area for outdoor recreation, shopping, medical appointments, etc.
You are minutes from Albertson’s/Fred Meyer/Walmart, etc.
No Pets! There is no smoking or vaping allowed inside the house.
You will have a door code that works on both doors. There is a smaller living room for an extra area to relax. There is another living room at the other end of the house. This property is a 2 Bedroom with queen beds, 2 bathrooms, one bedroom has the master bath. Guests have full access to the kitchen, dining area as well as the laundry area. There are also 2 outside patios with chairs and tables with a BBQ. There is a beautiful landscaped lawn for your enjoyment and plenty of room for outdoor games.
This property is on 1 acre and is fenced and gated. There’s plenty of parking if you should have a trailer with your recreational toys. This property also has an RV space available for an extra charge.
