The apartment no. IV is located on the first floor of the manor house. The apartment for up to four people and a size of 72 m² is comfortably furnished and consists of three rooms: A large living room with open kitchen (Siemens appliances) and beautiful views of the garden and the water, two bedrooms each with a double bed and a bathroom with a separate bath and shower.

From the living room, a door leads to the large terrace, which offers a beautiful view of the garden and the water and has its own teak wood garden furniture. The floors of the apartment are made of oak parquet.

Up to two dogs are welcome in the Gut Grubnow in the apartment IV: out of consideration for children and families they are on the property on a leash.

The sauna, the fireplace room, the W-LAN, the large garden and the jetty are available to guests free of charge.
