Breathtaking luxury custom home: 3 bed, 4 bath,
2,660 sq ft of living space. Lake views from front of home. All materials hand-picked from landscape/design, to intricate hand-placed stone entryway, chandelier, back splashes, countertops. Oasis backyard w/ color-changing LED-lit pool, 25-person spa, 15-seat fire pit, BBQ, Blackstone griddle, indoor/outdoor Sonance speakers with subwoofers that supplies music throughout the entire backyard. 250lb commercial ice maker to fill all boats and personal ice chests, indoor LED fireplace, two full-size refrigerators, oven & convection oven/microwave.

This home is conveniently stocked with the standard household products. Trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, and shampoos. Our home is also equipped with carbon monoxide/ smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and a first aid kit. Top of the line Plush bedding linens, and pillows in every bedroom.

Gourmet kitchen includes mixing bowls, pots & pans, mixer, blender, griddle, Keurig, a standard coffee maker and much more.

This property has 6 security cameras. 4 exterior and 2 in the garages. There are no cameras located in the home. We do not monitor these during your stay, however homeowners may verify occupancy during check in.

Winter pool, spa and outdoor fireplace heating is available upon request at an additional cost.

Amazing!

This house far exceeded our expectations. The owner was so helpful and takes pride in his house. He has everything you will need from appliances in the kitchen, linens, amazing sound system, and fantastic backyard set up. He even has a really cool ice maker. The house was so clean when we walked in and we loved the furniture and decorations. Felt like we were stepping into paradise. We have stayed at a lot of houses and this one truly stands out. We will definitely be booking again.

I rarely do reviews… worth a min to say well put together home well thought about and laid out ownership was spot on a responsive within 10 min of I had questions. Very clean and large garage was perfect. Ice maker was the closer !! Thanks guys we’ve been staying at another very nice one for 3 years we have agreed this is our new one!!
