About this property
Single story house with private pool, jacuzzi and outdoor fireplace.
Cool down in your private pool and relax in your jacuzzi. Then warm up by your outdoor fireplace. This house has it all for a peaceful relaxed stay. You can also work in your private office. Bathroom were remodeled in 2018. Harwood floors throughout except master bedroom has carpet and bathrooms have slate floors.
Your pet is welcomed upon approval. Please let me know how many and type of pet. $100/ea. pet fee. We cover Cable, Internet (WIFI), water and trash gas and electric up to $150/mo. tenant pays the difference. We collect a $500 utility deposit.
