At Pentecost and Christmas / New Year's Eve the prices of the A-season apply.
On departure Saturday / Sunday in July / August a surcharge of EUR 22.00 will be added to the additional costs. When traveling with a pet, an additional fee of EUR 16.00 per pet will be charged. This fee is calculated after the down payment on the balance! In case of cancellation after the conclusion of the booking contract, a fee of EUR 56.00 will be charged. This cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit paid and the deposit still to be refunded will be returned. Bed linen (10 € / person) and towels (7 € / person) can be rented, if they are not already included. Please inform us in this regard after the booking, so that we can then recalculate and before your arrival, the sheets and / or towels for you or can be prepared.

schöne Auszeit in Prerow

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir (4 Erwachsene) haben dort ein sehr schönes langes Wochenende verbringen dürfen. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur Flöter läuft immer schnell, freundlich und genauso wie man es sich wünscht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
