The studio is located in a terraced house, was renovated in 2018 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated in a lively area, in the town centre. The residence is popular also due to the view of the sea from the property and its sunny location. For exclusive use are available: terrace and garden furniture. To reach the terrace, the road in front of the house must be crossed. Here the terrace with barbecue facilities is at your disposal.
