Buchtkoje - allergy-friendly apartment

Location:

 Our lovingly furnished apartment is located in the heart of the North Sea resort Cuxhaven. Only a few steps to the green beach of Grimmershörnbucht with buoy bath and popular restaurant.

Kugelbake, Kurpark, marina, Alte Liebe and the Lotsenviertel are in the immediate vicinity. An ideal starting point to explore Cuxhaven, for cycling or walks by the sea.


Division:

 The focal point of our bay is the bright living and dining area with integrated kitchen and adjacent quiet balcony, overlooking the garden and the dike. The cozy sofa bed offers additional capacity for two beds.

Both the bedroom (also with balcony access) with double bed and large wardrobe, as well as the functional shower room, can be reached via the spacious hallway. The apartment is smoke-free and suitable for allergy sufferers.

Additional information:
If the vacation apartment is occupied by more than two persons, a surcharge of € 5.00 per additional person and day will be charged.

The seasonal guest contribution of the city of Cuxhaven is to be transferred in addition to the rental price of the apartment with the final payment.

In the period from 01.01.-07.01.2025 / 01.04.-31.10.2025 / 25.12.-31.12.2025 this is € 4.10 per day and person.

For all other periods, the guest contribution is €3.30 per person per day.

- Arrival possible between 15:00-20:00 / departure until 10:00
- A parking space belongs to the apartment

Please note:
From 01.06.2025 it is planned that the balconies on the garden side of the house will be renovated. Our apartment would then also be affected by the construction work and it would not be possible to use the balcony during this period.

If your booking is affected by this, we would reduce the rental price from € 69.00 to € 49.00 per night and refund it.

Das Appartement war sehr sauber es sieht genauso aus wie angeboten es ist alles da was im Haushalt an Geräten und Zubehör benötigt wird.Die Wohnung ist ca 10 Minuten zum Strand entfernt. Wir hatten zwar Regen sind aber immer auf der Strandpromenade gelaufen.Die Luft ist einfach herrlich.In Dunen gibt es ein herrliches Wellenbad mit Sauna und Wellness zum entspannen für den ganzen Tag.Ich würde jederzeit wieder in das Apartment gehen es ist ruhig , gemütlich und zentral gelegen.Mit freundlichen Grüßen Christiane Dettling

Wir waren drei Nächte in der Ferienwohnung in Cuxhaven und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. War alles sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und in ruhiger Lage. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an die Vermieter – sie haben sich wirklich große Mühe gegeben und dafür gesorgt, dass unser Urlaub einer der schönsten überhaupt war. Man spürt, dass ihnen das Wohl der Gäste am Herzen liegt. Absolute Empfehlung!

Gemütliche Wohnung hinterm Deich!

Wir waren vier Tage in Cuxhaven in der Buchtkoje.Super gelegene, sehr saubere und gemütliche Wohnung. Perfekt für 2 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder/Jugendliche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wenn wir wieder nach Cuxhaven kommen, dann hierher.

Sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, direkt am Deich und unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand in der Grimmershörner Bucht! Die Wohnung ist bis auf eine Spülmaschine mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht! Parkplatz direkt hinterm Haus. Die Wohnung zentral aber trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Cux-Woche

Nach längerer Pause mal wieder 8 Tage Cuxhaven. Schifffahren, Hafenatmosphäre, Fisch essen, Strand- und Deichwandern, Steubenhöft, Alte Liebe mit QM2 und anderen dicken Pötten - alles bei trockenem Wetter und guter Erholung. Cuxhaven: immer wieder.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Sehr nette Wohnung in ruhiger Lage, Kommunikation mit den Vermietern freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Grimmershörner Bucht ist ca. 200 m entfernt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen

Tolle gemütliche Wohnung

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, ist mir viel Liebe zum maritimen Detail eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, man ist sehr schnell am Wasser, Deich und die alte Liebe ist auch nicht weit entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war auch super, die Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert und flexibel. Wenn es sich wieder ergeben sollte, buchen wir gerne wieder.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Was zu beanstanden ist, daß trotz Kurkarte wenig Entlastung gibt. Busfahrten müssen voll bezahlt werden, Strandbahn ist zu teuer. Für Familien mit Kindern nicht zu bezahlen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Eine gemütliche Koje nah am Grünstrand

Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen direkt hinter dem Deich und freundlich maritim eingerichtet. Ein paar Schritte über den Deich, auf den man vom Balkon blickt, und man ist am Grünstrand. Ideal ist es mit Fahrrädern, die man sicher im Keller unterstellen kann. So ist nan schnell auch am Sandstrand oder an den Häfen. Im Keller ist auch eine Waschmaschine, gut, wenn man ein paar Tage länger dort ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wenn man nicht so den Trubel liebt wie in Duhnen, ist es ideal. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage.

Gemütliche FeWo direkt am Deich

Die FeWo ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Sie ist nicht sehr groß, aber ausreichend und mit Balkon, ideal für einen Kurzurlaub allein oder zu zweit an der Nordsee. Gute Lage, ruhige Nebenstraße, direkt am Deich. Es ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen: Restaurant, Supermarkt. In der Küchenzeile ist alles da, was man so braucht. Bei ungemütlichen Wetter war die Heizung schön warm. Matratzen sind angenehm zum Schlafen (nicht durchgelegen). TV, WLAN, Bluetooth-Anlage sind vorhanden. Ich komme gerne wieder :-)
