Die Wohnung ist sauber und funktional ausgestattet. Allerdings auch nur auf das absolute Minimum.

Die Wohnung ist sauber und funktional ausgestattet. Allerdings auch nur auf das absolute Minimum. Viele Einrichtungsgegenstände haben ihre besten Zeiten schon hinter sich. Das Dachfenster im Schlafzimmer lässt sich nicht ausreichend verdunkeln, so dass man im Sommer ab 4:00 Uhr schon durch die Dämmerung wach wird. Reinigungsmittel sind keine vorhanden. Auch keine Küchenrolle oder Ähnliches. Leider sind in dem Haus Wohnungen durch mehrere Vermittler vermietet. Ich hatte unter mir eine Familie mit lautstarken Kindern, wobei mir die Zimmervermittlung Zingst leider nicht weiterhelfen konnte. Der Zimmervermittlung Zingst, jedoch großes Lob. Egal welche Probleme auftauchen, sie helfen mit all ihren Möglichkeiten und voller Energie weiter.

Schönes Apartment und zentrale Lage

Direkt im Ort, kurze Wege zum Strand und zum Hafen. Einkaufen in direkter Nachbarschaft. Parkplätze sind auf dem Grundstück vorhanden und für jede Wohnung gekennzeichnet. Ausstattung für den täglichen Bedarf vorhanden. Es fehlt ein WLAN Anschluss.
