Sandy 36 Xl family cottage, luxury on the coast Sandepark 36, Very spacious.

We accept bookings from Saturday to Saturday. Other dates only on request

New built in 2019 only 1200m to the sea! All comfort. Suitable for large families or groups of 10 to 13 people.
The Detached comfortable holiday home is located in a very quiet and well maintained park (Sandepark in Groote Keeten), only 15 minutes walk from the beach. The house is detached with a terrace facing south.

The house is spacious, bright and has all the comforts. The living room has a moody, contemporary decor with comfortable seating, underfloor heating and a flat-screen TV. From the living room you have access to the terrace through double doors.

The modern open kitchen is fully equipped with among other things 2 dishwasher, 2 combi microwave, 2 refrigerator and freezer, 6 plate stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster.

On the ground floor there is also a toilet, a separate room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, and a bedroom for 2 people with adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet.

On the first floor you will find 5 bedrooms with a total of 10 or 11 single beds.

All beds are boxspring single beds and have single comforters. You can rent bed linen and towels.

On the first floor is a second bathroom with bath and shower and a double sink. Toilet seperate.

In the house is free wireless internet.

Pets are not allowed. Groups of not allowed.

Wonderful stay

Every euro we spent was worth it!The house is clean and cosy and is well equiped for big families.We stayed one week with 11 personnes and enjoyed every day :).

12-tägiger Sommerurlaub mit Familie und Freunden

Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen (15-minütiger Fußweg zum Strand, 8-minütiger Fahrtweg mit dem Auto bzw. 15-minütiger Fahrtweg mit dem Fahrrad bis zum Ortskern von Callantsoog mit Bäckerei und Supermarkt, Ausflugsziele wie Alkmaar oder Bergen innerhalb von 30 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen) und eignet sich dank des großzügigen und einladenden Wohn-/Essbereiches samt Küche sowie des Gartens sehr gut für einen Urlaub mit einer großen Personenzahl. Schön wären Sitzpolster für die Gartenstühle gewesen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden nach Bestellung einzeln in Plastiktüten verpackt herausgegeben, hier hätten wir uns angesichts der Kosten (17,50 € p.P.) gewünscht, dass die Betten bei Ankunft bereits bezogen wären. Bei der Sauberkeit ist noch Luft nach oben, Küche und Bäder waren aber in einem guten Zustand. Trotz dieser "Mängel" hatten wir einen wunderbaren Urlaub und haben die Zeit im Haus Beach 36 genossen.

Fijn huis voor grote groep

Lekker ruim huis met genoeg wc,s, ruime keuken met 2 vaatwassers, schoon. Prima! Zou wel fijn zijn als er standaard handzeep staat, wat extra wc papier en mogelijk papieren handdoekjes in de wcs. Fijn verblijf gehad.

Heerlijk huis voor familieweekend

Gezellig ingericht huis van alle gemakken voorzien voor een grote groep. 6 aparte slaapkamers ook fijn. Van het park loop je zo naar het strand.
