family reunion in Marietta

The house was good in that it was large enough for 10 of us to gather. The pictures and description of the house included "outdoor furniture." Most of us were from the north and were looking forward to enjoying the outdoors while in the south. However - there was no patio furniture. There was no sleeper sofa, as was said in the description. And we only had 5 bath towels and 4 hand towels. Not nearly enough for 10 of us. We had to make purchases to make up for what was not at the house.

Nice home for the holidays

We stayed here over the Christmas and New Years holidays. We had to adjust our stay dates multiple times and Kerwin was always amazingly responsive and flexible to our needs. The living room is huge as is the kitchen and dining room. It was nice to have a small desk in the living area since we had some remote work to do while we were at the house. There are two nice size bedrooms downstairs and two very large bedrooms upstairs (one with a king bed). The back yard is absolutely huge so if you want to hold a soccer or football match, you'll have plenty of space. We didn't get to use the grill or outdoor furniture much due to the cold weather but it's nice to have a place to hang out. Kerwin is by far the most responsive host we have ever had. He is great at getting back quickly with any questions.
